Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's List for Pine Ridge to come and do 3 hours of landscape cleanup. We had just purchased our house so we desperately needed someone to come and do pruning and weeding and general landscape cleanup. I contacted the company and scheduling a date and it took a considerable amount of time to initially get back to me. I was not there the day that they came but was appalled when I got home. Nothing on the front of the house had been touched except for trimming one bush and they left all of the clippings on the sidewalk- it was a complete mess. They didn't week any of the sidewalks in the front or the front yard. In the back, instead of trimming bushes and pulling out weeds, they literally just hacked down a very viable nice bush. The bush is in such bad shape it has to be dug up now. They didn't pull any of the weeds in the back either and there were two that were as tall as our deck and very clearly in need of removal. I will not be using their services again. It's clear that this "deal" was just a rouse to get money for very little delivered.

Description of Work: Did a very meticulous job of installing mulch. Would definitely use them again. I also purchased the mulch thru Pine Ridge. It was very high quality.

Description of Work: Removed shrubs. It went very well. They removed all but a few in 2 hours so I paid extra to have them finish. They were polite, dressed well and worked very hard. The only reason I rated quality a B is they din't get the roots out because they were deeply underground.

Description of Work: I had 3 stumps cut short, an area landscaped with mulch shrubs and rocks and a maple tree put in the front yard. all look great. Pine Ridge MN did a great job.

Description of Work: `At this time, they cleared the yard of materials that I did not get cleared last fall. I have never had a bad experience with any job Pine Ridge did for me. I would highly recommend them. They do great work, are wonderful to work with, and, best of all, are helpful.

Description of Work: Supposed to do spring clean up. I have wood chip mulch in flower beds. Instead of vacuuming up leaves, they raked up wood mulch. When I realized what they were doing, had them stop. They were very apologetic, but I wound up having to replace mulch and do clean up myself. Wood chip mulch is pretty common around here. I would have expected them to know what to do.
