I bought the coupon and called to schedule the service. My call was returned promptly, but they advised that I was out of their service area of ten miles. I got my money back from Angie's List. However, this vendor showed up in other offers sent to me by Angie's List although I am out of their travel range. My contact with the vendor was good, I noted that I would not use them again because they don't work in my neighborhood.

They did a great job and cleaned up all the branches. Was very pleased with the job

Arrived slightly late, but called to let me know. Two workers - one excellent, one fair. Charged by the hour, not job...I used mower to mulch and bag leaves to save time.

Contacting Pine Ridge was a bit touch and go - we communicated by email and it took several tries before we were able to agree on services and a date. Pine Ridge trimmed all 10 trees on my property. They did so during the day when I was away at work. When I came home from work that day, I found an invoice on my door for the work performed. They did a nice job - no more branches hanging over my roof, no more large dead branches on my trees. Payment was convenient - I believe I paid either over the phone using a credit card or with paypal. Cost was reasonable, service was timely and they did a quality job.

I had some difficulty scheduling with Pineridge since they were over committed for fall cleanups due to an overwhelming response to the Angie's List Deal. There also was some sort of mix up that made it seem like the deal price would be the full price for the service. I was informed that the deal on Angie's list was instead merely a credit and that I would need to be charged an additional amount to complete the fall clean up. So, it was not really the deal as advertised originally. The owner's blamed this on problem's with Angie's list on what they were planning to offer. Once a date was scheduled (after several phone calls and emails not returned), Pineridge had no trouble coming and completing the work. However, the work performed was really not a fall clean up, but just leaves being blown off. I also had to pay extra for having the leaves hauled away since the date for bagging them for City pickup had passed (after they did not get back with me with a rescheduled date in a timely manner. Also, I had asked to have some perennials to be cut back and this was not done. I also was surprised that tree branches were left everywhere untouched and that nothing that was dead was really cut back and removed as I had requested as part of the cleanup. In short, I thought this was a lot of money to spend on a small yard for "leaf blowing" rather than a true fall clean up that would include down branches being removed along with a small pile of brush in the back of the house.

I bought an Angies list deal - Scheduling was very easy. The guys came a little late, but that was OK. They worked for 2 hours and did a great job of cleaning the front yard of leaves. I paid them a little extra to cut down some evergreens and bushes and that were dying - they did a quick and clean job. Would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time and performed necessary work promptly and professionally. Landscape was in desperate need of pruning and trimming.

It went beautifully. They listened to what I wanted and chose just the thing. Very nice young men and they worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

You would think that some companies would do the bare minimum in two hours, but our crew of two guys did a fantastic job of clearing the leaves and blew out our gutters. They were very responsive in terms of scheduling the appointment and kept in communication when the weather didn't accommodate the original date of service. We are looking forward to working with them again and appreciate the hard work and hustle!

They were too busy to fit into my time frame, refund was requested. They were extremely polite and offerred to do the service in the spring, but that didn't work for us

I hired Pine Ridge to clean up the yard of my new house after it had been vacant for some time. They were very professional, called to say they would be 15 minutes late and spent hours cleaning up millions of leaves, pruned and removed overgrown bushes and left my yard looking much better than it had before. I have now hired them to do my snow removal and am looking forward to using Pine Ridge's services in the Spring.

Pine Ridge was very responsive to my phone calls, setting up appointments, arrival on time to do the work as well as providing an estimate for additional work. They were prompt, professional and completed the job cleaning up our lawn as contracted. I would recommend them again.

It went very well. Jacob called to let me know they were running 20 minutes late. When they arrived, we reviewed the work that was to be done. They went right to work and did everything exactly as agreed. They did an additional item by checking the gutters for debris and removing some twigs from the roof shingles. They cleaned up very well and removed all the waste.

We met Tony at our home on Oct 3rd and he was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He gave us a written bid and described exactly what he would do. We hired him on the spot and on Oct 10th he came out and cleared the trees an brush just as described. We will use Tony again in the future.

They were a bit hard to get a hold of, i think due to the deal itself. They were a good group of guys,very easy to deal with and did nice work. They were very speedy and worked well as a team. They didn't accomplish everything on my list and I had indicated to call me if there were remaining items, but I didn't hear from them, so that was the only bummer. I would use again though - great price for a good team.

Removing trees was ok. Replanting trees was marginal. Anchoring trees was not done correctly and I had to pay another vendor to redo the work (at my added cost).

I would certainly like to give a rating for this company, however I cannot because it took them 3 weeks to even return my message asking for an estimate on a job. I sent a message in mid-to-late June describing the work we wanted to have performed and asking for their availability to come and give us an estimate for the work. It was about 3 weeks later that I received a message from them asking if I was still interested in working with them. In that three weeks, we had other estimates done and actually had the work started and about 75% complete.

They did a great job, came out quickly, got done in one day.

Purchased half price deal. Trimmed 2 large trees and trimmed 2 large evergreen trees away from house. Company was very responsive, very professional. Very interested in doing exactly what we wanted. Did an excellent job.

They were able to come out and give me a quote within a few days, and perform the work a week or two later. Very satisfied with the service. The price seemed reasonable, although I didn't get quotes from anyone else.

Cleaned it all up very nicely. Great Job . Done in about three hours after his estimate.

I had a large tree with a branch that was touching the roof of my house. I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for 2 hours of service. The person I dealt with was very informative and gave me several options for different types and levels of service that would not exceed the time frame already purchased. He also brought out a hortoculturist to confirm what he intended to do would not harm the tree.

They were on time. They worked fast. The hedge looks great.

I had purchased the Angie's list deal $200 for $125. The total estimate to trim our tree was $400 which included the trimming and clean up. The service was performed well and the yard was cleaned up after. Jacob was very helpful and polite. I would use them again.
