I had purchased the Angie's List deal "$200 in tree service for $125". Pine Ridge came out to our home and gave us an estimate to trim and cut down close to 18 trees in our yard. We were trying to open it up and get more sunlight so we could grow grass. However, when my father suddenly died in June, my mom needed his services more than we did. A storm had taken down a large limb on a tree in her backyard. I worked with Jacob to apply my deal to my mom's tree service needs. it was probably at the peak of his season and while he was a little slow in getting to her house, he did find a way to work it in and take care of her. Both my mom and I really appreciated it.

They were pretty booked up because of the deal, but they made sure to fit us in and really worked hard to get everything done. It was such a great deal that we bought them some burgers from Lion's Tap to take home, as an added thanks with the gratuity.

Everything was done to my satisfaction and I will hire him again!

I had problems with other tree service providers in the past. I decided to try the Angie's List deal with Pine Ridge. I can give them my top recommendation. Jacob was completely professional. He showed up on time, did the work specified for a very reasonable price, and did an excellent job. Everything was clean and neat when done. Because he had a few minutes free before his next job, he even plowed my driveway, and shoveled my walk. Again, absolute top marks for Pine Ridge.

I was unable to schedule service because the only availability was several weeks out -- by that time leaf removal would be beside the point, as everything would be covered in snow. Received a refund from AL Big Deal and went with another company.

The service has been terrific. I even emailed Jacob one day and asked for a special plow. He was very prompt which was very helpful. I am a very satisfied customer.

We had 20 plus years of tree growth and shrub growth that needed to be taken out. The trees were planted too close to the home and we were concerned about the branches hitting the home and the root growth under ground. The shrubs were way over grown so we had them totally removed and we will start over in the spring. We are vvery pleased with the work of the team at Pine Ridge. They were very efficient and cleaned up well. They do not remove stumps so be aware of that when you are having tree removal. We will have them come back in the spring as they left one of the stumps sticking up 2-feet and it needs to get cut done more. We look forward to having them do some landscaping this Spring.

Great. He is really eager. All the transactions and work was done in 24 hours.

They were very courteous on the phone. I was not present for the service ... I asked them to be aggressive in cutting back my trees. I feel they could've been much more agressive in trimming back the tree. I am going to have someone come trim the tree again in a year or two.

I hire Jacob and his team to maintain all of the trees on my property. They have helped with everything from trimming trees to removing a large dead tree over my house. There prices are great! They even dropped me off a bottle of "Pine Ridge" wine for Christmas!!! I would highly reccomend them!

The service went fine. I thought they would do more for the $99.00 as they only did my front yard. They did do a good job with the work they did.

Went very well. Had to schedule the power company to drop the power lines before the service and that was a bit dicey with the timing but overall it was a success.

They showed up on time and did exactly what we had discussed.

It went very well once they finally got here. It was very hard to get ahold of them and then for them to be able to do the services.

Overall service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the company was overwhelmed with Angie's List Big Deal service appointment calls, and was unable to get back to my phone calls for several weeks.

Painless on time as promised, did what we talked about gave Jeff some additional work to which he followed up ; have to respond to his email yet. Intact in summer I will probably have him do landscape work. I am a satisfied customer.

It went well. They did some trimming on shrubs and trees. It was the first time I had used them. They were very nice and did a great job. The workers were excellent. I would use them again.

I bought this service as an Angie's List great deal. It turned out to be not a great deal at all. It created the biggest hassle I have ever had in leaf removal. Their prices were so high for bagging and/or leaf removal that it would have ended up costing me almost $500 for them to bag or remove all of the leaves, which is more than double what I have paid in the past for excellent service from other companies. So, I had them take what they could for $200. We ended up having to do the rest of the leaves ourselves, which made for a big hassle. I regret using them. They are not at all a good value for leaf removal. They didn't even do a particularly thorough job in getting the leaves they did take.

Because of Thanksgiving it took a little while to get scheduled but I was pleased with the work.

I called them and told me to arrange to have NSP come out and fix the cable bracket. NSP also dropped power to my house so Pine Ridge could do the work. Watching from the safety of the ground as the trimmer climbed the tree and lopped of the branches was almost worth the price itself. While watching, my neighbors came out and watched and had him swing over and do some trimming on their tree as well. For the first time since we moved in we had a sunny backyard. It makes quite a difference.

There is nothing more to say.... already said it above....waiting for my $99.00.

Jacob arrived and we discussed the work that was to be done. I indicated a tree section that I wanted removed, and he set up cones in the road. When Josh arrived, they sawed off the tree section, cut the branches into pieces, cleaned up, and removed the cones. This was all done quickly and efficiently.

They initially cancelled the night before our appointment which I had scheduled about a month prior, so I was a little bit annoyed. However, Jacob called me back as promised within 24 hours to reschedule, and were able to get me in the following day, which I really appreciated. I had gotten a couple other quotes for this work that came in a little bit less expensive than their total estimate, but I had bought an Angie's List deal, so in the end I still ended up paying less. They were very professional, helped me decide on how to best "shape" our tree in our front yard, and worked very quickly.

My mother was very pleased with the services completed and felt they were very professional and courteous. The only reason for the downgrade in responsiveness is because when we tried to schedule the first time, we were told they were booked until mid-December. Obviously in December it would be too late for leaf removal. After an email to Angie's List, my mother was called the next day and an appointment was set for November. Overall experience was very good.

I was unable to use Pine Ridge services because my home is not in the company's work region. They were very prompt and polite informing me they could not provide services and Angie's List was very prompt in issueing a refund.
