Pine Ridge MN LLC

It went great! They worked so thoroughly and efficiently that I had to get them extra work to do so I could get the two hours worth of work that I paid for! The workers were polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Pine Ridge to anyone.

First, Pine Ridge called to let me know what time they would arrive. Then they cleaned and cut down my garden for winter. They also blew out all the leaves, disposed of all debris and mulched the garden. They were efficient, cleaned up well and were very nice! I certainly would use them again!

They are very professional an honest people

They had an arborist, they showed me what needed to be elimated to have a healthy yard. They are great.

I received email responses right away, set a date and time. They showed up on time, worked hard and got everything I requested done. They were able to stay a few extra hours to do extra lawn care . Very polite and professional , I have used them twice and will again in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. Arrived on time. Made some good suggestions and nothing was too much trouble for them to do.

It was not going well because the people weren’t really working. So I called the person I scheduled with and told him and that they said got the deal to do the job in the three hours and they said I looks like they will not get it all done so he drove right over and said they would get the job done and they did in an extra half and did not charge me for it. It ended up well but I was kind of frustrated. He was nice and I won’t call him again.

What a friendly bunch! They were very hard working and very pleasant. Our yard looked "primo" when they were done!

Two guys for 90 minutes. Friendly, congenial but not prepared for what was needed; missing taller ladder and longer trimmer. Said they would follow up a be back for the top of a large bush but never called or sent any communications. Disappointing.

I wasn't able to use this provider because it turned out that my location was outside their service area. I did get my money refunded.

Jacob and his team showed up on time, worked very quickly and created a beautiful result. The came back the following week when we had some water/mud inundation in parts of the landscaping. To fix the problem they provide sod on one edge of the landscaping, actually in my neighbors yard. In addition they provided more sand for the paver patio as we had an ant problem which existed before the job and continued after. They even left a bag of the sand for future repair. I would recommend them to anyone as they worked hard and fast, created just what I wanted and did some things at their own expense.

Workers arrived on time and were extremely professional. They wanted to make sure they put the mulch exactly where we wanted it. I asked them a couple of times to go back and cover a few spots they missed - no problem! They worked hard - and gave suggestions at the end about where they though a little extra (that they had delivered) could be added.

I bought the deal from Angies list: $99 for 3 hours of landscaping services. I received an email from Jacob on a Thursday night asking me to call to schedule. I called on Friday and heard nothing. Sent an email on Monday morning and heard nothing until I received another email from Jacob late Monday night. He explained he had been called out of the office unexpectedly and to please contact him. I called Tuesday morning, he called back later that afternoon and we were able to schedule for the next afternoon. So the service was done 1 week from the day I bought it, which worked perfectly for me. Levi and Tyler called and arrived early. Since there were 2 of them, it was an hour and half for a team of 2. I had them spread 120 pounds of black dirt over a stump I had just had ground up. They pulled weeds from all my rock beds, blew leaf debris out of them, and then pulled weeds out of my side yard so I could try and start some grass seed. A great job and it was so worth it to me!

Jacob came out and reviewed the site for an providing a bid. After chatting and reviewing the reviews on Angieslist, we decided to contract with Jacob. Price was on average with other bids, however I preferred to use a hometown contractor if possible, as long as they had good reviews. Jacob also joined me in picking out which bricks/stones we wanted to use from the local supply house. Jacob's team spent 2 or 3 days digging additional depth (I had already dug some depth myself), and performed the work in the time defined. He also moved the additional dirt to where I wanted on the side of the house. It was hard w The wall looks good, but with the declining grade close by with erosion from rain, i may need to do more work in that area. Not the fault of the contractor since it was not in the scope of this job. One area I wish was better was that tire marks were in the lawn due to the vehicles used (delivery and employees). After a year they didn't pop up so I will need to repair them. I wished the employees had kept their personal cars on the street if they saw the ground was a bit damp for vehicles.

The job went well and the two workers performed the job with efficiency and it looked really great until the weeds started growing back over much of the entire area. In retrospect, I may have consulted more in how to prevent new weed growth but the area is still much improved.

These guys were great. I will call them again.

Two very polite and hard workers showed up right on schedule and helped me remove all of the unwanted items from my front flower beds. The plan was that they would work for an hour and half and do as much as possible. We talked through the job before they started the clock on that time. They worked so hard and were so skilled that they finished the project I had planned for them and used the remaining time to help me spread the mulch that I had planned to do on my own after they left. My only complaint is that the company was so high in demand (with good reason, these guys are great!), that they were booked out for a while and it was about two weeks before my initial interaction and when they could find a time to get out to my house.

Two men came and did some spring clean up. About two hours working in the beds - mostly pulling weeds, raking up leaves, etc.

They got a lot done in the allotted time and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The two workers were professional and congenial. in just 3 manhours our front yard is much improved.

They did great. Showed up on time, very polite. They were even able to salvage some plants we didn't even know were in there (strawberries and asparagus). I honestly didn't realize just how large that space was until they cleared it out. Both gentlemen are hard workers and welcome back for future work.

Both of guys were prompt, respectful and worked to get my projects completed. I hadhoped that the crew would have had a pole chain saw to better get some higher branches.
