Description of Work: They came to do the spring clean up. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were honest and hard-working.

Description of Work: This company is great! I used them last fall for a fall clean up and they did an EXCELLENT job. I saw the Angie's list coupon for a Spring clean up and I jumped on it.....I added an extra hour so they had time to do a great thorough job. And they did!!! When I got home tonight they were just finishing up, and Jacob came to my garage to say hi, and thanking me for having them back! They are the nicest guys and I so appreciate the work they did...My yard looks great!! Leaves gone, garden raked, window wells cleaned....Excellent....As much as I hate to say this, I'll have them back this fall!!! (just that I don't want to think of fall after the winter we've had!) Thanks Jacob and team!

Description of Work: A dead tree was cut into pieces and removed. The stump was cut very low to the ground and all boughs and mess were removed. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They were quick, friendly, and professional. When they left the yard was neat and clean.

Description of Work: I had them out for fall cleanup. They did fine. I had hoped they could transplant a few things but they didn't seem to know exactly about plants so I ditched that. They were a little late and put in their time and left. Polite and pleasant.

Description of Work: First, the company reps missed my initial call, and I had to call them again two weeks later to re-initiate the process. I understood that I was buying two hours' worth of yard raking. I was gone when the rakers showed up, but when I got back, they had only done a slightly less-than-adequate job on the front lawn, but had left the back lawn covered in two large leaf piles, which remain there today. I received a somewhat apologetic phone call from the company, and a vague promise that they would come back again if I wanted, without mentioning if this would incur another fee. I haven't called the company back yet, but I can't understand why they would leaves in piles in the backyard. This is the third big deal Angie's list company that I would never use again. I no longer trust the Angie's List Big Deals. You pay the money and no one shows up (in one case), you pay the money and the company has to come back twice to fix what they were supposed to fix on their first visit. (the second case), and you pay the money and the company does half the job and doesn't come back (third case). Maybe we're really unlucky, but at this point, I'm taking no offers from Angie's Big Deal opportunities. It's better to pay double what the Big Deal is and at least get it done right the first time and have the company reps show up within a reasonable amount of time. Now the leaf rakers are asking me to call them back if I want the job finished. If I wanted it as unfinished as it is, I could have gotten some neighbor kids to come around and kick the leaves into a pile for free. Why do I have to call them back for something that I've already paid for and they did a half-assed job on? My regular leaf-raking company charged $200 in previous years, but they came promptly, raked the leaves impeccably, and completed the task efficiently. I'm going back to them next year.

Description of Work: Unfortunately the coupon for Pine Ridge was oversold!!!! This apparently was a mistake by Angies List because there was supposed to be a quantity cap. Pine Ridge handled the problem in concert with Angies List very professionally. Still, I am very disappointed that they are overbooked for the season. Was really looking forward to working with them. Description of Work: They cleaned up my perennial garden (my whole backyard)m raked and bagged everything. They needed some extra time which was totally reasonable. Nice job!

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Pine Ridge. The first time was for tree trimming and this time was to add and compact gravel onto my driveway. Both times I have been extreamly pleased. The driveway looks great! Jake is hardworking, honest and fairly priced. I will use him again when I need landscaping and highly recommend him to others.

Description of Work: I had Jake come back to remove a large branch on a maple tree near my house. After discussion with Jake and his arborist, we decided it would be better to leave the main brach alone and instead trim some of the other higher up branches. He also did some additional trimming on my other trees. When I informed him that a board on my deck had been damaged from something that had fallen, he immediately offered to fix it. He did a great job!

Description of Work: Jachob and his arborist trimmed my misshapen silver maple. They were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to talk about the options and long term plans with the tree. They were also very carefull and neat. There are 2 fences and a hedge directly under the tree yet not a nick left on anything not a twig left on the ground. The arborist (sorry I forgot his name) climbed the tree like a monkey hauling ropes and equipement behind him and shaped the tree like a surgeon. I even got some extra work done for the price because he worked so quickly. As a bonus they were extreamly entertaining to watch and we were able to discuss driveway options at the same time. I will most certainly use them again and recommend them highly.
