Justin worked for many years as a crew foreman for other construction and remodeling companies and noticed that most of the companies lacked in the area of communication and customer service. Being a homeowner himself, he knew that customer service and communication were two of the most important qualities needed in running a successful remodeling business. "Hired Lance to build deck. 1st day was complaining about the height. Took nearly 2 months to complete (May 8th - June 18th). Wanted final payment when project was "completed". Even though I said after it passes inspection but Lance said he needed it for his next projects. So ended up paying him. Inspector came out and deck did not pass inspection and now Lance Main has gone MIA. So if you want a poorly built product, unprofessionalism and a headache, go ahead and use him I would definintely NOT use him for any projects. Would give him a 0 rating but 1 is the least."
