Description of Work: I called in the morning and set up an appointment to have my kitchen drain cleared later that same afternoon. They called to let me know the technician was running was runn ing a little late but they would keep me informed. |When he got here he surveyed the situation, told me what to expect and got to it. He was very professional and personable. All in all an excellent job. I'll definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They dug up the cement around the floor drain in our laundry room and put in a New drain. They were prompt, courteous and worked hard while here. The estimate was right on and we couldn't be more pleased. What nice workers!!

His prices are reasonable (I always get competitive bids), he never tries to sell more than is required, he always looks for the best and most economic solution. He's nice, polite and tidy. I don't write too many reviews, but I do have to write this one for him.

He's very anxious to do not just the minimum but to look at what the real problem is and not only try to correct the original problem but make sure everything is corrected. He used less time than he had originally estimated for the price so he gave me a lower price.
Description of Work: I spent less than $100.00. I thought it was the main sewer that was clogged and he came and inspected it. It turns out I had water running through it and it was fine. He went over to the laundry tubs and noticed it drained really slow so he put a snake in it and cleared it out. He checked the drain running from the upstairs; from the bathtub, a few inches away, there was another pipe coming from the top that connected to the other pipes running into the ground and that one too had problems. It was a combination of both of them, and he went ahead and fixed it as it was a stoppage waiting to happen.

 + 0 moreDustin called me back within about 15 minutes after I left a voicemail message. I told him about a drain stopper lodged in the bathtub drain and how I had a plumber out who said he couldn't get it out without removing pipes and perhaps busting through the floor of an adjacent closet. Dustin told me he had removed hundreds of foreign objects from drains WITHOUT the extensive work the plumber had proposed. He said he could be out in a couple hours which he was and even called shortly before to let me know he was on his way. It took him about 30 minutes to remove the broken stopper and snake the entire drain line. I was thrilled with the result and the money he had saved me. I would definitely call him again!
