They were able to thaw the pipe with minimal damage/changes to the existing (new) plumbing. I had recently had a major remodel and the kitchen was moved to new location as of November. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Erik/Eric's.

Wouldn't you know it, a snow/ice storm occurred overnight and the morning the technician was scheduled! His commute was hours longer, but he made it and videoed sewer lines at 6 residences, The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was willing to answer any questions and all were well satisfied with his services. He was unable to make copies of the videos when he was here, but another person with the company e-mailed the videos soon after.

Dusty came immediately despite a fully booked schedule. They took extra effort to save a tree located in the area that they had to dig to reach pipe needing repair. Very respectful of us and our property.

After being informed that I needed to replace an existing sewer line ASAP, Dusty answered his phone after normal business hours (late into the evening) and provided an estimate to replace a section of my damaged sewer line. Dusty was willing to rearrange his work schedule to accommodate my emergency situation. I ultimately went with another contractor, but certainly appreciated Dusty's willingness to work with my schedule.

I had a tree root right where the cast iron pipe feeds into the clay pipes. When these pipes were initially installed, they were not sealed properly. Dusty's Drain Cleaning had to dig a hole into part of the yard and ended up going underneath the sidewalk. They replaced the pipe where the tree root was running through. Also when they put all of the dirt back, even though they went underneath the sidewalk, there were no issues with the sidewalk after everything was put back. You couldn't tell that they had gone underneath the sidewalk. It has been a year and I have not had any issues with my main line backing up and the sidewalk is as even as it was to start with. Dusty's Drain Cleaning did a great job.

We were referred to Dusty's when our main plumber?s 100ft snake got stuck in our sewer line and he does not provide camera services. Our plumber ran into his issue late on a Friday night and Dusty was able to come out first thing Monday morning; however, over the weekend Dusty had already contacted our city and they came out and marked our yard for safe underground digging (which seemed imminent). Within an hour of arriving on Monday morning, Dusty was able to camera out and diagnose the broken line and give us a quote. The cost of the camera and diagnosis was $175. He quoted us $2800 to repair the line and was able to be back to our house by 8am the next morning. We were unable to have them come out the very next day as we had to secure funding first. During the next day and a half, I spoke with Taylor, Dusty's wife several times and she patiently answered my questions about the quote received. They kindly credited a portion of the cost of the camera service from our overall quote which was greatly appreciated for such an unexpected, costly repair. We scheduled Dusty's crew to come out on Wednesday morning and the repair was completed by 11:30am that day. All contact with Dusty and Taylor was mind easing and helpful and they truly wanted to make sure our situation was taken care of due to its emergency status. I do have to mention that few people had asked why they didn't come sooner to fix the line but with it being the weekend we figured we would be charged more for an emergency service. We chose to wait until Monday. Having to endure the inconvenience of no running water in our home and the huge expense the repair was, Dusty and his crew made the process a lot easier to handle.

They were prompt in returning my voice mail and fixed the problem the same day. He was able to get out the clog (plastic bottle) without pulling or replacing the toilet. I would definitely recommend this provider. I only gave a "B" for price because plumbing repairs are so expensive - he was no higher than the others I checked with.

He set to work and cleaned up and was out the door within an hour. Of course, I realized that if the main line had been more clogged, the drain cleaning could have taken longer. It was a very pleasant experience. The last time I needed a similar service, at a different house, I paid Roto Rooter over $600 for the same service. I would definitely call Dusty's again!

Dusty's Drain was a referral by another plumbing service, who honestly admitted that they didn't service large main drain clogs. Brent, from Dusty's Drain, came out to clear my laundry room drain which was clogged and backed up the day before. (Since the water did slowly drain away the day I discovered the backup, I was fine with Dusty Drain coming out the following morning.) Brent did clean out the laundry room but discovered that the main drain was really the problem, most likely clogged by tree roots. Since he didn't have the equipment to service that main line, he immediately called another one of his servicemen to come out with the proper equipment to finish the job. Joe came out a little later in the day, and serviced that main drain within about 20 minutes. Both plumbers were efficient and professional, and very polite. I felt that their service was well worth the cost.

We were very satisfied with the results of this company's work. We had contacted two providers prior to the arrival of this company, so we had been without the ability to use ANY drains in our house for almost 4 days. They arrived early and finished the job in two days. They were able to evaluate the problem with minimal damage to our basement. They did a good job with clean-up and follow-through.

It went extremely well as I said before and both Deone and Brad knew exactly what to do when they got here. Brad came back and checked his work the next day to make sure it worked well. We appreciate all of Taylor's calls telling us when they would arrive each time. We had a very positive experience with Dusty's and will recommend them highly.

I have used Dusty's Drain for drain cleaning and plumbing, so when I heard they did ice d*** removal, I didn't hesitate. Dusty is always extremely responsive and professional. He came out on Sunday night(10 PM) to unclog the drain coming from our main level bathroom out of house. The drain got backed up and broke seal to toilet which drained into the basement. Dusty Drain was able to get the drain clear and replaced seal on toilet. He did a fabulous job. we greatly appreciate him coming out so late at night to fix our problem.

I can not say enough about how we were treated and the job they did. After being told by Roto Rooter that we had "No choice" but to spend between $5,000 and $11,000 to dig up our yard and have the pipes completely redone I was cracked. I called a plumber friend of mine who referred me to Dusty's Drain Cleaning. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and beyond reasonable price wise. They took care of everything for under $350 dollars and when I suggested I have them back out in nine months he said I could probably wait longer unless something happened. Talk about a straight shooter. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I had a good experience with him. It was hard to get him to come. I know he was really busy with another project but he did come within a couple of days. I have no complains.

Dustin showed up in the morning and finished all by the end of the day. He had to come a few days later to connect a shower base which I could not do by myself. On both occasions, he was very professional, precise and the work he did is great. As for the price, he quoted me a price at the beginning of the project which was reasonable. the job went faster and easier than he expected so, he did not charge me the full price but adjusted it for the amount of time spent at my place. I found that extremely honest.
