Description of Work: Re-roofing. Large steep roof with fat top at peaks. Stared in november, Did not complete flat roof. Rain cal in and stained the hall ceiling. I was accused of having that befoe. I documented pictures of water trails in the rafters. $250 in damage, reparied and panted. Deducted from my bill. They were to complete the job in the spring.They did not put the seal around the rubber flat roof. I informed them that an area needed to be paid particular attention to as it is a major run off spot. In the winter after heavy snow and melting in February we had water pour into the family room below. I called and they came out the next morning and removed all the snow and Ice. This was at no charge. An error was made in the flashing at that corner. It was not brought up enough to prevent the water inflow. We never had water before. On inspection the flashing did not even reach the prior height of the flashing.$ 500 damage to wood floor and cabinets. They did correct everything and settled my grievances,once I sent pictures of the damages. The crew they had working was not very thorough. I would not use them again.

This problem was all started because of ice dams and we attempted to take care of this concerns right away. Usually when there is ice dams it has nothing to do with the roof itself. Once we reconized the situation we corrected it right away. We apoligize for this inconvienence.

Description of Work: Well, no sevice was performed because they never showed up to give me an estimate on my roof. We had an appointment set up on a Thursday eve, no one showed up or called. I called the next day and talked to someone who was quite embaressed and promised to relay my message to whoever was supposed to meet me. He would call me "soon" I was told. Well, the weekend passed without a call. I called back and was told "someone" would get a hold of me. Well, it has been about 7 weeks now, nothing. Oh well, there are lots of other co.s out there.

We called and talked to his wife to explain that the appointment had to be rescheduled. My salesman said that this customer works for a roofing company and so was not in need of our services. If this is not true we apologize for the confusion.
