We only call Snelling for our HVAC questions and service. They are also very prompt in calling back. The customer support team is kind and thorough. From initial sales consultation, through old system removal and new system installation, to final instructions on use and maintenance, all work was done professionally. The price, although not the absolute lowest, reflected the high quality of service.

Description of Work: My furnace went out in the evening on a very cold night when my regular plumber couldn't come. Snelling Heating and Cooling were available to come within the hour and got my furnace going for the night. They came back the next day with the needed part and got the furnace fixed quickly and with an eye to cost. What could have been a disaster was easy to handle with Snelling and we appreciated them so much. We will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: They provided a basic furnace tune-up. The technician arrived within the specified window of time, was friendly, courteous, and finished with the tune up in about a half hour. Overall excellent service; I'll be giving them a call again next fall for my annual tune-up.

This was,however, only after having several heated conversations with the sales person, several calls to supervising staff at the company and finally one call to the head of the company.

Description of Work: As a new condo owner, I have a little anxiety about the furnace, water heater and other appliances. The furnace was not making it's usual sounds, so I called Snelling for a check-up. (The previous owner very graciously left ALL of the receipts and service tickets for me, so iI knew who to call.). When I called the scheduling was easy, professional and understanding. One of their technicians came out as scheduled, with a "head's up" phone call before arrival. Dave was polite, thourough, explaining what he was checking and adjusting, and what the problem was with furnace. (Just needed cleaning, which he did.) a very professional company.
