He did what was required and gave me advice on long term options as there was nothing needed at the moment. My pressure leak would heal itself which it did in a week or two.

Our furnace went out at 7 pm one winter night. Mike from Snelling came out, found the problem and first thing the next day drove to the far side of town to get the part and had our furnace working but mid-morning. We had an ill family member at the time and having the heat on allowed the family member to stay at home. Much appreciated!

Randy arrived an hour after being called on a Sunday. He did a quick, simple repair that involved cleaning a sensor. He explained the value of regular maintenance, without engaging in hard cross-selling. I greatly appreciated his competency and honesty.

Randy came in less than 2 hours and checked the furnace. It needed a replacement part so he had one in the truck and installed it right away. He spent another 30-45 minutes checking everything out and determined that it is safe and running properly. He was extremely courteous and very helpful in advising me on maintenance. The cost was very reasonable.

The company installed the water heater, furnace and AC over two days in September. They probably could have done all three in one day but I needed them to split the work out over two days. They also cleaned by vents on a third day. The installers were great: hard working, knowledgeable and courteous. I could not have asked for better installers. I highly recommend this company.

Front desk was awesome. I was transferred to sales and they were not so great at customer service in my opinion. They are too busy for the work I had. Offered no options or timeline - just said they don't have time for me. Too bad - that was their sales department. I am not a huge job, it is fall so they are likely busy - but hoping for a little more assistance in terms of ideas and options.

It was perfect. I will be using them again.

It was -5, something like that. It was a really cool day. They came out really quick. To replace the whole thing, it took four or five hours. They got everything cleaned up. You couldn't tell they were there. I don't remember the cost, not off hand. I really didn't price them. I was looking for someone that was reputable and fast. They were fast.

I did get the service agreement with them. It was no charge. I have no idea of the cost. The quality of their work is good. They're always really good about responding to my needs and concerns. They have to do a little bit of work, but nothing major. They do filter cleaning, the heater, check the freon level. I honestly don't remember if the same person comes out.

Out of three bids, they were the most reasonable. They knew everything that was going on and got everything up to code. They were honest, polite, and knowledgeable. The estimator was great. They installed new water heater urgently and came back later to get things up to code. Would highly recommend this company!

They were very, very reasonable in terms of cost. I would give them an A for overall experience, that's why I always go back to them. I have been using them ever since I discovered them; a good 10 or 15 years. They know old houses and in old houses with a radiator, you have a boiler. It's a different kind of furnace. It's harder to find really experienced people with that. I am very, very happy with their quality. I would give them an A+ if I could because like I said the last time they came out right away after we were having the smell of gas. He was very informative, he explained everything to me which is very helpful when you have something that's really old. He didn't just do the work and here is your bill.He explained each step and what I could do myself to help maintain it. That was very helpful. One person came out.

The repairman ran diagnostics and initially found a fuse that needed replacing. Upon installing a couple new fuses, the fan motor immediately shorted out. Being the a/c model itself was an older Heil, the repairman researched and found a non-standard replacement motor with fan and placed the order the same day. After waiting a few days for the part to come in, the repairman was back to do the best-that-could-be-expected-but-did-the-job installation. He was knowledgeable, creative and a straight-shooter. The A/C has been working fine over a month after the service was performed.

We didn't get any comparisons. I think it's in the ballpark. The air conditioner is still running. They are a pretty well known company here in Saint Paul.

The Snelling Company arranged for an electrician to come out the next morning. He dug around and uncovered the wire. He repaired it and wrapped it with waterproof material. He was professional, quick, and friendly. Good job!

The first company that I called was too busy to take any new clients and basically hung up on me. Snelling answered the phone immediately, took my details and set up a time and date for a sales person to come out and give me a quote. I pre-paid for the work and they gave me a discount on top of the Angie's List coupon (and efficiency rebate). The installers came and performed the work in a timely manner and we had working AC within 4 hours of the workers arriving. One of the workers showed me a few things about the ducts, the shut-off valves and how the AC needs a lot of airflow to work properly which I was thankful for.

It was probably only a couple of days.
