Everything was great. I think their price was the best for a better quality A/C

Install was great, one day to install the whole system in the house. It was hot and muggy that day so it was a relief to run the air that night. I had a four head system installed and it cools nicely. I would recommend Snelling Co. for future work.

I got home from a trip and my A/C was not working. I had family coming to visit and I was in a panic. I called at 9 AM on Saturday morning and it was fixed by 11:15 AM. The technician, Dave, was great - polite and knowledgeable. Dave changed the capacitor but the fan wouldn't go on. He said it just need to cool down and after squirting it with water it started right up. The service call was only $149 - on a Saturday with no appointment- and they honored my 10% discount coupon from Angie's list. I will need to have the entire unit replaced in a year or two and will definitely use the Snelling Company.

It went very well. I called on 5/13/2013, and they came to my house that afternoon, and was able to give me a written bid. The work was scheduled on 5/24/2013 at 12:30 p.m. They were prompt, and within a short time finished the job, and took the old parts with them. I was very pleased with the employees' attitude in all contacts - very pleasant and answered any and all questions.

It was a pleasant experience. The sales associate was an experienced veteran in contracting industry. He was extremely knowledgeable. He provided a lot of peace of mind. He also the sales person, showed up at the house on the morning the installation crew came. They all showed up at the same time. They provided a lot of peace of mind knowing that the person I talked to was actually there, the same morning. He didn't stay around very long, but he was here. They were very pleasant and very professional in their demeanor.

I woke up on a Monday morning to find I had no hot water. I called Snelling at about 11am and by 12pm they had someone at my door. He looked at the water heater, determined it was the thermocouple, and had the repair done by 12:30pm so I could go back to work. I was so thankful they were able to accommodate my schedule while still being extremely responsive in getting the work done.

It went well. They were professional and prompt.

They are reasonably priced. They are very prompt with being here when they say they are going to be here and getting back. All the service men are polite and they communicate well with you. They are very reliable.

We were satisfied with their service and would recommend this company to family and friends.

It went very poorly. Granted, I was having a stressful day when the provider came into our home and was in a terrible hurry. I showed him the existing filter housing, but before talking about that AT ALL he popped open the cover of the furnace. He said he wanted to share with me how much money we could save with a new high-efficiency furnace. I quickly explained to him that we were not interested in replacing our furnace, but he insisted on checking. I let him look at it for about a minute, when he started suggesting that our furnace was oversized for our home (I don't know anything about that.) But then he inferred that it was perhaps from the 1970s. I explained to him that he had heard from the sellers that it was installed in the early 2000s. I scoffed and suggested we should not believe the sellers of a home. (At a later date, I took a closer look at the furnace... it is a Carrier Weathermaster 8000, manufactured in 1999, according to the label inside). We came to be friends with the previous sellers, so I started getting upset at the suggestion that we were lied to by him. I asked him not to talk that way. He stated that he was "obviously wasting his time", and started to put the furnace cover back on. I agreed with him, and I asked him to leave. Unfortunate words were exchanged on the way out. I think he was having a bad day too. They fit us into their schedule so that perhaps the work could be done before we moved in. But his expectation of a furnace replacement was ridiculous.

We had them out in November of 2011 to start giving an estimate and talking about the work. They started in February 2012 due to the mild winter we had that year. Everything went very well. We have a hot water heating system in the house, so it took a different type of air conditioning installation than normal. The sales person, Bob, had absolutely incredible service and rapport with us as customers. Absolutely everything they said, they did. The installation was done on time, and it was neat and clean. The A/C we got is just incredible. It is quiet and efficient. I don't have enough adjectives to say how pleased we are. It cost a lot of money, but it was well worth it. The estimate was free, and I got what I paid for.

Today Snelling's tech came out and he was right on time. I think he said his name was Dave. Very nice guy. He ran the diagnostic checks as suggested by Samsung and the issue turned out to be the capacitor. He said he could tell just by looking at it that it was probably bad because it was "puffed out". A test using a electrical probe confirmed the problem. He went to his truck, got a new capacitor and replaced the old one. He was done in less than an hour. Great job by Becky, Bob and Dave. Quality work, professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend them.

Everything went very good. The hot water heater made made locally in the twin cities area. They finished it very well. They were also respectful, couteous, answered questions well, and cleaned up after themselves. A little bit more pricer but I think but it was all worth it.

I woke up to cold radiators. I called another boiler repair company first and was told I would have to wait 6-8 hrs for someone to be able to show up. I called Snelling Heating & Cooling next and they said they could be there in 30 minutes. The repairman, Dave, showed up right on time, was friendly, and willing to explain what he was checking. He was able to quickly replace the bad thermocouple and the whole process from the time I first called to when he had taken care of everything was about an hour.

My experience with this company was great. I called at 8am and a bit before 10am a technician was at my door. Bob K. was extremely professional and friendly. He performed the work with obvious skill (replaced the valve without having to empty the system - wow) and cleaned up as he went even though my basement is not at all a thing of beauty. I asked lots of questions and he was careful to explain everything to me without even a hint of getting frustrated and he didn't talk down to me at all. The work was done in less than an hour, and my boiler is now running better than ever. I'll definitely call again if I need to in the future.

The repairman showed up at the beginning of the service window given over the phone. I called in the morning at 9, and he showed up at noon, which was great! He quickly diagnosed a bad valve and replaced it within an hour. The price was great considering labor and promptness.

They answered my phone call promptly and scheduled someone to come out. The person came right on time. The problem was exaclty what they said it was. They added on the service of cleaning out the furnace at a greatly discounted rate and I really appreciated that. They were able to get it done efficiently and economically.

The boiler inspection was a breeze and they were clear up front about the small cost involved. They worked with our schedule on timing and when the person came and looked at the boilers on the property I was confident they were being accurate - I also appreciated that he wasn't trying to sell us anything or give us a sense that there was a lot of work to perform.

They provide fabulous service. They're prompt and thorough and explain things well. The technician that came was great.

Very good service. I was glad to have found them through Angi's List, as they replaced the contractor we had used before, a fellow whose service was not satisfactory. Now I have a hearing/air conditioning contractor in whom I have complete confidence.

Our ignition switch went out on our furnace and we needed it fixed that night. I called the emergency number at 9:00 pm, got an immediate response and by 10:00 pm our furnace was up and running again. I can't recommend Snelling Company enough for any of your heating and AC needs. Excellent service and support.

I got a rough estimate range of repair cost from just needing a cleaning (cheap), to requiring new burner elements and stuff (expensive, but less than a new furnace). Guy came out (got there in the middle of the 4 hour window, so good) and started cleaning it and looking for a problem. The problem ended up being much deeper than initially expected and was caused by a spider web inside the gas jet leading to the main/center element. He said he'd never seen anything like it, but once he found it everything was put back together and worked great (probably better than it ever has). He charged me just for a cleaning (which was my cheapest expected price). He did an awesome job on the furnace and explaining things as I watched and asked questions. Very good service and would call again if I have other things break.

They were very professional and I liked them a lot. I think Angie's List has them as an award winning company.

Snelling came out to our house and reviewed options with us for more than an hour. Snelling was very accommodating and came to our house on Friday evening after normal working hours. After we made financial arrangements, Snelling quickly installed the equipment agreed to.

When I do need my next water heater I will call them for it.
