Description of Work: I called for a yellow jacket hive in my home. They said they would arrive between 3-5 pm. They were late. I called twice between 5:30 and 7 pm and no one ever showed. The scheduling people are located down south and useless. I called the next day and was told their computers were down and they couldn't tell me when someone could come. They also demanded payment before service. I canceled Awful experience.

+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE WAS RUNNING A COUPLE HOURS BEHIND, BUT CALLED TO MAKE SURE WE KNEW. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. HE HAD SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER AREAS THAT WE HADN'T ASKED ABOUT, WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE SET UP A PLAN FOR OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE EVERY 3 MONTHS.

+ -1 moreWE FOUND OURSELVES WITH A MOUSE PROBLEM THAT, FROM WHAT I CAUGHT IN TRADITIONAL TRAPS, LOOKED TO BE A COUPLE OF GENERATIONS. TERMINIX WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALL AND THE REPRESENTATIVE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WALKED WITH ME WHEN HE VISITED MY HOME. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ADDRESS ISSUES OTHER THAN JUST THE MICE AND THEIR WORK WAS GUARANTEED. THERE IS NO "SCRITCHING" ANY MORE AND I TOOK COMFORT IN KNOWING MY CHILD AND PET WERE SAFE FROM THE POISON AS WELL.
Description of Work: TRAPS WERE PLACED FOR MICE IN ADDITION TO AN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR INSPECTION. SIGNED A YEAR CONTRACT FOR ALL PEST TYPES, WHICH INCLUDES 5 VISITS.

THESE ISSUES WERE HANDLED AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH TERMINIX. WE FELT THAT THE 3 REPRESENTATIVES WE WORKED WITH WERE ALL THOROUGH AND CLEAR IN THEIR EXPLANATION OF SERVICES, COST AND SAFETY DATA. WE WOULD RECOMMEND TERMINIX TO ANYONE WHO HAS A PEST PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY IF THEY LIVE NEAR US! PEST CONTROL IN AN ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD HELP EVERYONE LIVING THERE AND ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM FROM JUST MOVING NEXT DOOR.

+ -1 moreROD THE PHONE REP WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE PROCESS WAS FULLY EXPLAINED AS WAS THE PRICING. $200 INITIALLY + $95 QUARTERLY (+TAX). MIKE THE TECH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE APPLICATIONS WOULD BE APPLIED AND WHERE. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE ONLY KINK IN THE WHOLE THING: WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE OUR ADDRESS WAS NOT WRITTEN DOWN WITH THE CORRECT STREET NAME AND THE 1ST TECH COULD NOT LOCATE THE HOUSE. WE GOT A CALL THE NEXT MORNING AND EVERYTHING WAS STRAIGHTENED OUT.
