Sela Roofing & Remodeling

The project was poorly managed with a number of delays. We had no consistent point of contact. Clean up was poor. Some of the workmen were rude. We chose them in part because of the number of good reviews on Angie's List and were quite disappointed. We thought that it would be easier to manage this large project since everything would be with one company, but I think that we were wrong.

Two different times was told they would start job in 2 weeks. After waiting 3 1/2 months I canceled the contract I signed.

I was impressed with Sela Roofing and remodeling. The roofing crew the soffit and fascia crew, and the gutter crew we're very punctual, professional, and efficient. all of the crews completed their work with inside of one day. The cleanup was impeccable you could hardly tell that they had been there. I would hire them again.

Cary spent a ton of time answering my questions and making a recommendation. The crew were some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. They completed the roof much faster than I thought they could and did an excellent job cleaning up.

From beginning to end, this company was efficient and effective. From getting a quote, to the cleanup, everyone attached to Sela treated us like we were their only customers. Their crews were on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up so you didn't know they were there. The same crew started and finished the job. If we had questions, they kindly answered to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

Sela responded quickly and professionally. They simplified our life by becoming the general contractor for all of the repairs. The big project was the roof and it was completed quickly and the clean up was good. So far, I'm very happy with the way all the projects have gone. All of the contractors have been great to work with.

They were prompt, professional, very helpful with color choices, roof done in one day and no sign of the tiniest bit of waste when they were done. I don't even want to get bids from other roofers now.

They are simply the best, They were very hard working and very skilled in there work, it was a joy just to watch them work, very clean and professional, the building was occupied with many tenants and they were clean and courteous. I highly recommend them, and look forward to using them again.

Very smooth process - between Sela & Insurance Company. First time dealing with either, but Sela made the process very un-stressfull as the homeowner! Jared was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done and dealt with Insurance issues when the arose! The crews were fantastic - not a nail left or scrap of garbage left on the lawn!

I recently had an excellent experience with Sela Roofing and Remodeling. They came to my house and measured, discussed my options, and provided a quote for window replacement. My primary concern is noise reduction (leaving near a highway) and they were knowledgeable about the best windows to accomplish my goals. Very professional throughout the process and I have been very happy with all of their work and quality of the windows. Highly recommended!

It was terrible. The service was awful. The process began in November 2016 and just today I filed my release of lien. I could not recommend them. Their price was reasonable.

Sela was by far, the most reasonably priced, and we were scheduled in a timely manner. They are great people to work with, in part because they were not stopping until all our questions were answered. We would hire Sela again for other major house projects.

They weren't the cheapest. If I had to use them again, I would. I'm very lucky.

Outstanding customer service from everyone. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made a suggestion that saved us money in the long run. Work was done in a timely, professional manner. They did a great cleanup job too. Finally,, they did a good followup to ensure we were satisfied.

We received bids from three different roofers to repair our roof. We chose Sela because of their reputation, our salesperson, and their professionalism. The work started on time, the workers were very respectful of our property, cleaned up every night before leaving, and finished on time. When the roof and gutters were complete, the workers went around cleaning up any scraps, and then the supervisor combed the entire property to make sure everything was left as it was before the project started.

Everything was great. SELA is the best!

I was unimpressed with service after we got the roof and gutters. I called several times as the drain tile for our gutters was wrapped back toward the house and far too long and there were several extra pieces of drain tile laying in my yard. They never called back. I then noticed the pictures provided to the city inspector did not have new flashing, which we were charged for. The first spring with our new roof and it leaked. I called Sela multiple times before they decided to call me back. A gentleman came out a few times and tried to fix it. Unfortunately we are still getting a leak in the same spot again this year and have curled shingles near a roof break. I have emailed Sela and tried to leave a voicemail twice, but their box is full. I am now paying someone else to fix the issue because my new roof shouldn't leak after each spring storm in the first two years of life.

Sela did a fantastic job on my roof! Dan, my consultant was great to work with. He was very professional, prompt and answered all my questions with clarity. He also provided me with an estimate on siding, gutters, etc. Dan worked with the insurance adjuster so well that I hardly had to be involved. I hit the jackpot with Sela and the roof turned out beautiful!!

Very well. I've used Sela for three projects including my most recent, the replacement of my elderly roof. Not only was Sela's price significantly less than other bidders, it turns out that my Sales and Implementation Consultant lives near my neighborhood and was able to get things rolling quickly. The crew did a good job, on schedule (even with rain punctuating work), and cleaned up well.

We used Sela to replace our roof after 23 years of faithful service. Since it was on our dime, cost was a major factor but we also wanted to make sure that we got the same quality that first roof had. Sela was able to give us a fair price on a quality product and get us scheduled quickly. Jim, Connie and Jess were always prompt with responses and were able to add a small siding project with ease. The crew was tremendous and took the initiative to rework how the roof met the chimney to improve run off. The young man that they had doing clean up on the ground did a great job of picking up virtually every scrap that came off of the roof. Even with the rain they encountered, this job could not have gone any better. Highly recommended.
