Sela Roofing and Remodeling was a very professional company to have do our roof replacement. From the very first phone call we could tell that Sela was eager for our business and after the estimate Sela guided us to secure the financing we needed for our roof replacement and the payments were well within our budget constraints. The workmanship was remarkable and soon after the roof work was completed you couldn't even tell they were on our property as the cleanup was top notch. We are recommending Sela to friends and family who need roof or remodeling work done, so we most certainly recommend Sela to you as well.

Loved working with Sela for our roof replacement. They were easy to schedule the free estimate, they were very thorough in explaining the options available and what all the costs would be, offered samples for comparison, and finally did great efficient work. They had our whole roof done in about 7 hours, and it looks great!

Sela worked well with our insurance carrier. The were on time. Their workmen were respectful and did a great job on the clean up including all debris and nails. We would definitely use them again.

Fair. Sales guy knowledgeable. Took long time to get scheduled. They called once and left a voice mail. I called back twice leaving voicemails. Called again after another month and got scheduled. Communications was not great. Biggest complaint on $20K+ roofing job is no customer follow up. Just an invoice. No one inspecting afterwards. No one asking if you have questions or concerns. No one wanting to know how things went. Just an invoice. Expected more. Would not use again.

From the moment I contacted Sela Roofing and Remodeling it has been a great experience. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond my expectations. My roof was damaged by hail and I had no clue how to handle my insurance claim. They walked me through every step and made it as easy as possible. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Highly recommend this reputable and professional company to anyone that needs roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and just about anything exterior you can think of.

Another great job by Sela Roofing! All of my interactions with the staff were great. Pat, my sales contact, was very responsive. He was quick to reply to my messages and provide quotes and samples. The office staff was once again impressive with their customer service. The on-site crew was very respectful, organized, fast and did an awesome job! Great! They did an excellent job. They were very efficient and took extra care with the installation and clean up.

2 years later shingles buckling all over. I specifically wanted a new drip edge installed, they charged us for this but never installed it. Asking about it now they claim what was on there was the only thing that could be installed. When the product on the house was made to be installed over drip edge. Lied several times saying they didn't charge the insurance company. When i called insurance, they said we should have gotten the drip edge installed, as we were charged for it. What they did was leave the old damaged and dented piece of trim on that was there when we bought the house, nailed directly to the fascia. This provides a direct route to the soffit with little to no waiting time. When they are asked about it now, they say they didn't install it because it isn't code. Now, something that i pay for, does this have to be code for them to install it? Aside from that it took them 2 years to finish the job, they left 3 mason jars full of nails all over the yard, sealed off all the fresh air intakes almost killing the furnace, unhooked bathroom vent and left it that way, later came back to remedy mold (this took them 6 months). They called us repeatedly for months about getting their check (insurance hadn't yet sent it because Sela didn't submit their final claim no complete the entire job). Now im stuck with a job to get drip edge installed which as a line item costs about 200$ for all that we would need from a home depot etc. But contractors charge around 5500$ because of difficulty of installation when not doing at the same time as a roof or siding job. inspect every nook and cranny before paying them. Check every line item on the insurance claim. They will try and say that the insurance company is wrong and they make this mistake all the time. I would not pay much attention to this, rather pay attention to where your dollars and cents were allocated and make sure those physical items or repairs are present. Don't hesitate to call your insurance company and ask them to help out with getting them to complete the contract they agreed to. Big name - little conscience, no remorse. Save yourself.

They are on time, they did what we expected, they clean after themselves and satisfied with the service.

Excellent. the folks doing the work were efficient and helpful, when we discovered that some extra work needed to be done (that I forgot to have quoted for), they were quick to get it included in the work and everything went very smoothly. These guys are great!

I could not have asked for a better experience, start to finish. From the knowledgeable and helpful sales person to the friendly & courteous guys doing the replacement, I could not have asked for more. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. My roof and gutters look great - I've even had neighbors stop to tell me how nice it looks.

Sela was the low estimate of the four. The work was done on time and there was no hidden charges. They did a great job of protecting plants. I would highly recommend them.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Sela for all of your roofing needs. From the sales man Pat, to the crew that did the work, we could not have asked for anything more. Our roof looks fantastic and the product used was superior. Our roof looks better than when we built the house new. Pat Hall was great to deal with, he gave us helpful suggestions and options when giving us our quote with no pressure. We were replacing old siding and several windows and after getting several bids we choose Sela because of Pat’s competitive bid and helpful suggestions. Greg did the siding work and communicated with me daily to discuss progress and get my input so the job would be done to my satisfaction. The crew that installed the windows was professional, fast (one day) and cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend Sela!

They came out to give us a bid and I never heard back from them. That is very unprofessional and they waisted our time.

Sela replaced our roof in October 2019, and did a great job. Pat did our quote and was responsive to questions. The construction crew was professional, fast, and did good work. There was some material left behind and a broken window (old single pane cracked due to vibration), and when we called both were taken care of quickly no questions asked.

They did excellent work. Roof and gutters took one day each. The siding took a bit longer because it was a complex job and they did it right. We'd recommend them to anyone. In fact, we recommended them to a friend, and they did great work for her, too.

Sela did a wonderful job. My garage and my new fireplace chimney looks wonderful. They left my property clean. All of the Sela staff were very professional. I would use them again.
