Good communication on times that work started. Work done correctly and area cleaned up well. My sales person went over everything in detail and passed that info to the installers. Sela was the only bid that had contacted the city engineer to make sure that what they proposed would be acceptable in the city code. I have recommend them to my friends.

We took Sela's advice and waited until this spring to have the work completed. The roofing crew started on time as scheduled, kept us apprised of their progress and completed the work within a few days. A large roofing crew worked quickly and efficiently. The cleanup was perfect. We have not found even a single nail or any other debris from the roofing job. The roofing crew even swept our sidewalk and driveway. Our gutters and gutter screen covers were replaced by Sela Gutters. Sela worked to find a matching gutter color that we had requested. The seamless gutters now drain perfectly. Downspouts and extensions were installed in the correct location and properly secured. The gutter crew worked a very long day to complete the job in a single day. I have considerable construct experience and can say that the workmanship on both the roof and gutters were beyond our expectation and I would not hesitate recommending Sela to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the roof replacement just completed by SELA. The conscientious approach by SELA from the initial estimate visit, the paperwork and explanations, the consistent telephone calls to inform me of each step and timing, the excellent work done on the schedule they outlined reinforced my original decision to ask for SELA to do the work. My insurance agent had recommended SELA and SELA had done an earlier and equally quality job replacing hail damaged siding five (5) years earlier. Though I hope I don't need their services again, I would call them right away if needed.

After last year’s summer storm we hired Sela to replace our roof, siding and gutters. Sela worked with our insurance company and the process required little effort on our part. The 3 teams they sent out did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service answering all our questions.

SELA was Very easy to work with! They worked with my insurance to handle the details. They explained everything to me (several times). Repairs were done in a timely manor, Roof, Siding, Garage Door, Entryway Door, Ect. Their Warranty is excellent also!, make sure you ask about that.

SELA did our window replacement for hail damage and they did exactly what was expected of them and their workers were dynamite. The workers arrived right on time both days, they removed their boots when coming inside always, they were very polite, they laid town plastic everywhere and vacuumed when they were done both days. I highly recommend them.

Hired Sela based on good reviews. I had a new roof put on because of hail damage. My wife and I paid to have insulation blown in our exterior walls and also paid to have new siding put on our house. To make a long story short, every group of workers that were out here left my property looking like crap. They didn't really care about cleaning up after themselves. I called my salesman 3 different times and to him about it. I even took pictures and sent them to him. After the 3rd call I called Sela twice and spoke to a production manager and told them to have someone come out and clean up. The following is an example of what was left behind. Cigarette butts, pop cans, food wrappers, not to mention the hundreds if not thousands of roofing and siding nails left in my landscape that was not even attempted to be cleaned up. I even found trash and nails in my basement window wells. I noticed one of the roofers must have dumped his ashtray from his vehicle full of cigarette butts onto my road where he was parked. That was the only thing that got picked up. There is also damage to my deck boards on my front deck. It was not there before the roofing started. I also go to other peoples home for work and would never in my right mind not clean up after myself and other workers. My yard and landscape are not a garbage dump. I sure hope my son or dogs don't step on any nails. I personally spent about 8 hours just cleaning up stuff that should have been done the first time.

Our house had a lot of hail damage from the June storm in Minnesota 2017. Sell Roofing and Remodeling did a great job replacing our roof, siding and fascia. They cleaned up after the job very nicely, respected our property and took care of our concerns. Jamie who did the siding and fascia was top notch and provided great customer service.

It went very well. Crew was on time, hard working and very professional. They did things to protect our property, the cleanup was immaculate and it only took one day. I do not have any complaints and would certainly use other Sela services when the situation arises. Everyone we dealt with at Sela was courteous and professional from the initial phone call. Excellent work. Sela is the easiest contractor to work with and the quality is top-notch. They worked closely with the insurance company, are meticulous in their work and do an exceptional job of cleaning up afterwards. The only contractor I trust.

The work itself went fine. I paid them. But after that, no one has come around to do the final inspection and to go over the warranty ( not yet received 2 months later ). Called the office and left messages and a few times was able to speak to couple real persons who promised to get it taken care of, then no attempt on their part to contact us. Also mailed a note to the office, with no response. It is as if now that they were paid, the customers are no longer important and just an irritation.... There are many good roofers with better customer care and responsiveness.

We had a very positive experience with Sela. They were quick to respond to our call to have our roof examined after the storm and made the process easy. We had MANY shingle options to choose from and Sela worked with our insurance company to get everything taken care of in a timely manner, with minimal effort on our part. The roof repair was quality work and clean up was thorough. We will recommend Sela in the future.

The storms of 2017 made this a terrible experience, which I hope they will recover from. 250,000 homes were hit and needing repair and Sela became overwhelmed. As a result the service level experienced was far, far less than expected. Terrible in fact. Phone calls not returned. Communication as to when service was to be performed was bad. Temporary work crews tore off gutters that were not supposed to be torn off. I could go on. I'm hoping they redeem themselves when they replace the roof on our other home. In retrospect.....I wish they would have simply said they were too busy to do our roof this year, than to promise it would be done when in reality it would have been best to have waited until the right crew was available to do the work and they actually COULD do the work.

Once things were scheduled the guy came out and did the job quick and it was well done. There was no mess left over and it rained a night or two after they were installed, and they both showed no signs of any leaks or anything like that. Quality work!
