Description of Work: We had our roof and gutters replaced. With the roof, the work was done satisfactorily. However, they hadn't quite finished and said they would be back on Monday to finish. When they still had not shown up by Thursday, Sela was called and reminded. They then finished on Friday. The gutters were done by a different set of people and done very well, no problem at all with the gutters.

Description of Work: Installation of new soffits and fascia, Hardie siding, steel entry door, and some electrical work and roof repair. Installers were courteous and cleaned-up, fine workmanship, site supervisor was responsive. Sales rep was prompt in answering our questions. Best of all, the house looks great! Communication was the main challenge--not complaining, just addressing it--the installers had limited English and sometimes the site supervisor was on another job. In addition, it was difficult to know who at Sela to call with questions--so we called our sales rep, who then got the proper people in touch with us. I think this is a problem with contractors in general--this wasn't a serious problem, but having a contact person within the company who isn't out in the field would be helpful.

Description of Work: I had hail damage to my roof and it needed replacement. I called Jack Knutson, who had roofed a previous home for me. He now works with SELA. Jack was very helpful and responsive. The roof was replaced within a couple of weeks--took one day. The crew was efficient and professional.
