GREG, THE CONSULTANT MET WITH US AND PERFORMED A FREE ESTIMATE. MET WITH ME AND CONSULTED WITH ME MY OPTIONS OF THE NEW ROOFING. EMAILED ME THE ESTIMATE, WE SCHEDULED THE INSTALL AND GREG NOTIFIED ME OF THE PROCESS: GETTING THE CITIES PERMIT, ORDERING A DUMPSTER TO BE DELIVERED. SOON AFTER THE ROOFERS CAME TO INSTALL WITHIN A DAYS TIME. THE NEXT DAY THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED AND COMPLETED. THANKS SELA!

worst contracting experience in my life. Start to finish promised 6 weeks ACTUAL 18 WEEKS. Deceptive, blamed the customer, did not return calls, did not give an inch on mistakes made until I threatened legal action. If I billed them for my labor, even though they were supposed to be the general, I would be considerably richer

The overall process went very well. The sales representative sat with us and went over all the details of the project as well as comparing materials and answering any questions we had. On the scheduled day of the project things happened like clockwork. The dumpster and materials arrived and not long after the roofing crew. Within 8 hours they had the roof tore off and replaced. Of course roofing is a messy process, but they did spend time cleaning up the mess and going over the yard/driveway with a magnetic sweep to pick up nails. The roof looks great and we are really happy with results. It is the little details that make it look great, and they even color matched our vent pipes/chimneys to match the shingles. Overall my wife and I were happy with the whole process from start to finish. We plan to recommend Sela to family and friends for future projects!

We had Sela replace the shingles on our roof Nov 2016, They were great to work with and would recommend them to friends and family. Removal and installation was done in two days and they left the property nice and clean.

The team working under Greg McDougall, was very professional, addressed all our moisture concerns and questions; but most impressive of all, was how nice and clean my house was left after all the repairs were done. From the first contact with salesman Bill E through final payment we could not have been happier. Everyobe was knowledgeable courteous and efficient. The work was timely and well done. They worked closely with our insurance adjuster to meet the allowed coverage, and answered all our questions.

They did a great job the whole way through. They were professional and has competitive prices. Lots of options and patient with us needing a full review of all of the options available.

We had a great experience with Sela from the initial meeting through execution of the project. The salesperson was great and stayed in contact throughout the execution of the project, and the workers were efficient and professional.

The pictures do not do it justice. It turned out beautiful and the workers were professional and nice. The picture labeled old deck is not my deck - but it looks like my old deck. I love the clean new look and it is maintenance free!

Our overall experience using Sela has been top-notch. Our salesperson, Jim, was great. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The roofing crew was great too. We have a one-story house with an attached garage. They finished in a day and did a good job cleaning up after. We are so happy with our roof. It looks fabulous.

I would highly recommend to "just say Sela". Sela's sales contact was professional, and they lived up to everything they told us they would do, and they did it in a timely manner. Their shingle installation crew was friendly, accommodating, and very efficient at their job. We have a huge roof that needed new shingles and they were in and out in two days. Half of the second day was spent on cleanup, picking up fallen nails, shingle pieces and other debris created by the job. When they left you didn't even know they were here with the exception of our beautiful new roof. The gutter installation crew also worked in accommodating and a very efficient manner. They were in and out in less than a day, and we're happy to accommodate any modifications I suggested. Again, if you're considering roofing or gutters I highly recommend you "just say Sela". Down payment of $5000 made when work was started. It took SELA nearly a year to complete the work. I made an additional $10,000 payment on 8/1/2016. We received a call from a very rude woman on 10/10/16 asking when we were going to pay the balance of $18,937 and they were placing a lien on our house that very day. I stated the balance was $8,937 and would pay after they send a updated bill showing our payments of $15,000. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
