Description of Work: Re-sided our house with Hardie Brand Siding. Looks like a new house. Did a great job. The team that worked here were very conscientious and paid a lot of attention to detail. They did a great job and were really nice people. They cleaned up each day so there wasn't a mess everywhere, and didn't mess up the landscaping around the house. We are very happy with the work. |

Description of Work: Repaired two locations on the roof where snow and ice had pulled out shingles

Description of Work: Sela provided ice dam removal. The ice dam had started to melt and this caused water to start leaking into our home. Sela came out on very short notice and removed the ice dam by hand, while ensuring no roofing/shingle damage. Since we used Sela, we have had at least 4 friends also use Sela for ice dam removal. We will use them again when we have ice dam issues and for any of our roofing needs!

Description of Work: I called and asked about ice dam services Sela provides. The rep told me about hoe they can chisel canals in the ice dam to let melting snow through to run off. That's exactly what we needed and what I requested. The rep said that would take one to two hours to complete, which seemed reasonable. The service came while I was at work and instead of creating a run off system, they completely removed the ice d*** and all snow on the roof, even though I had been raking it frequently. At first I was thrilled that they had over achieved, but then I looked at the bill for more than six hours of work by two men. I called Sela to dispute the charges 4 times. Three times a woman named Heather returned my call more than a week after I left each message. I finally gave up and have written off using Sela ever again. Horrible customer service.

Description of Work: I needed to have some roof repair work completed. They came out to look at the areas that needed repair and said they would drop off the estimate in my mail box within a few days. I never received the quote/estimate.

Description of Work: SELA PUT ON A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOUSE. THE ROOFERS WORKED FAST, BUT THE MEN WHO HAD TO PUT THE SIDING AND WINDOW FRAMING BACK, WHICH HAD TO BE REMOVED FOR THE ROOF, TOOK WEEKS AND DID A VERY BAD JOB - VISUALLY UNAPPEALING. AFTER COMPLAINTS, SELA FIXED THAT. BUT THEN AFTER A COUPLE OF YEARS I NOTICED A BIG BULGE IN THE ROOF, AND SEVERAL SMALL HOLES CAUSING LEAKS INTO THE SOFFITS. I CALLED TO HAVE IT FIXED UNDER WARRANTY. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS; THIS WAS IN THE FALL, AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN''T DO IT UNTIL THE SPRING. THEY DID NOT APPEAR IN THE SPRING, AND AFTER MANY WEEKS OF UNRETURNED CALLS, THEY FINALLY RETURNED AND FIXED IT, ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE SHINGLES ARE STILL UNEVEN.
