In brief: Very contentious! They called one day in advance for the move time. Very punctual! They called from five minutes out and arrived EXACTLY at the time promised (on a Saturday with pouring rain no less). Very nice! The guys where very friendly and were really concerned about my piano and what I wanted. Very reasonable! Their rate for my move was lower than the pizza I would have had to buy for four or five friends to move my piano (with possible disastrous results for the piano)! I TOTALLY recommend this company!

They were great! I was impressed at how little time it took them to move the piano. I think it took them a total of 45-minutes to move the piano from house to house (including driving time from Minneapolis to Minnetonka). The piano movers were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone moving a piano and actually did recommend them to our movers who don't move pianos.

The receptionist on phone asked detailed questions in order to make a fair estimate of the move cost. They gave me a two hour window in which to have someone at the house in St. Paul to let them in, and then to drive and deliver it in Fridley. They were on time and accurately estimated the move cost.

Our delivery costs were included into the purchase price of our piano. PME called us the day after our piano purchase to set up a delivery time. They gave us a 90 minute window and arrived during the scheduled time-frame. The three-man crew were very polite and professional, taking care in not to damage the piano or get the flooring dirty. A very pleasant experience.

The price was okay, comparable to others, ended up going with a different company because their schedule worked better. I have no doubt this company would have done a fine job.

A team of three men arrived on time. They proceeded to take the legs off of the piano, secure it in the truck, and deliver it to my new address. There they reattached the legs and placed it in the desired location. They were very professional and worked well together as a team. The piano arrived in perfect condition. They also sold me a set of casters ($30) to put under the legs because of the hardwood floors. They instructed me on how to move the piano with the new casters. They then advised me to wait two weeks before having it tuned.

They provided a very quick quote over the phone and were able to schedule the move within a few days. They called the night before with a two hour window for arrival, and showed up the next day within that time frame. The whole move took no more than 5 minutes, and they handled the piano well. I only wish they would have adjusted the cost to fit the job. When I originally called to schedule the work, I specified a total of 18 steps inside and outside, however, when they arrived they used a different route into our house that was only 10 steps. It seems that the number of steps determines the cost.

The movers were terrific! They were extremely accommodating to my ever-changing schedule and moved the piano without any damage. I was impressed with how expertly they navigated the bend in the basement stairs. I'll be calling them if I ever need to move it again!

Very professional and efficient. They were so quick and quiet my husband did not even realize they had already came and went. They kept in good contact via cell phone. Arrived later than first anticipated, but they did call as the ETA changed. Not a biggy that day, but another weekend and we might not have been able to make it. Also gave me tips on where to place it in the house for best care and knew a great piano tuner who is coming out next week! Happy to be playing again!

They were so nice on the phone, scheduling was really easy, and the movers themselves did a great job. Super fast!

They were prompt and professional. The piano arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with the service.

We chose PME because of their feedback on Angie's List, but especially for the two hour pick-up and drop-off window. The movers arrived within the first half hour of the specified time frame, at both locations, and in both instances moved the piano quickly but safely. We would definitely recommend them to friends.

THEY WERE UPFRONT WITH PRICING, SET A TIME TABLE AND WERE WITHIN MINUTES OF THE TIME (ON THE EARLY SIDE) THEY MOVED THE PIANO INTO OUR HOME IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES, RE-CONNECTED THE DOOR AND WERE GONE. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

EVERYONE WAS ON TIME, CAREFUL WITH THE INSTRUMENT, CALLED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND CAME IN ON BUDGET.

EXCELLENT. WAS GIVEN A TIME WINDOW OF 1-3:30P. THEY ARRIVED AT 2:30P, AND THE PROCESS WAS COMPLETED IN AN HOUR, WITHOUT INCIDENT. PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE COMPANIES I CHECKED. ONE COMPANY'S ESTIMATE WAS OVER TWO TIMES THE PRICE, AS THEY CONSERVATIVELY ESTIMATED IT WOULD TAKE TWO HOURS.

WONDERFUL!! SHOWED UP ON TIME AND NEVER DAMAGE ANYTHING.

EVERYONE WAS JUST GREAT. WE RECEIVED THE COST OF THE MOVE OVER THE PHONE AND WERE TOLD THEY COULD COME THE NEXT DAY AND THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A DELIVERY TIME. THEY CALLED AND WE WERE TOLD TO EXPECT THE MOVERS WITHIN A TWO HOUR WINDOW. THEY ARRIVED AND PUT THE OLD GIRL ON HER SIDE, MOVED HER THROUGH SOME SLIDING DOORS AND INTO A ROOM WITH A TURRET. THEY SET IT UP, PUT ON A LEG & PEDALS. WE DISCOVERED ONE MISHAP AFTER THEY LEFT. WHEN WE TRIED TO LIFT THE KEYBOARD COVER IT PRESSED DOWN ON THE KEYS AND WOULD NOT OPEN COMPLETELY. I HAD PLAYED THE PIANO JUST BEFORE THE MOVERS ARRIVED. THIS HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I E-MAILED OUR PIANO TUNER, WHO HAD ALSO RECOMMENDED THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY. I BELIEVE MARY WILL KNOW HOW TO CORRECT THIS WHEN SHE COMES TO TUNE THE PIANO. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. WE WOULD USE PIANO MOVERS EXTRAORDINAIRE AGAIN WITH NO HESITATION.

BEST PRICE OF THREE COMPANIES CONTACTED. RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND CONTACTED ABOUT MOVING TIMES AS INDICATED AND SCHEDULED. I HAD ASKED IF THEY KNEW WHERE I COULD FIND A USED BENCH TO MATCH PIANO. THEY HAD ONE AND PROVIDED IT FOR A REASONABLE FEE. THE PIANO WAS VERY WELL USED, SO CARE OF HANDLING WASN'T AN EXTREME PRIORITY.

GREAT JOB! VERY TIMELY AND TOOK GREAT CARE TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR PIANO WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE MOVERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL!

THEY GIVE A 2 HOUR WINDOW OF WHEN THEY'LL BE THERE & VERY SPEEDY, YET CAREFUL WITH LOADING & UNLOADING. VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!

THE TWO MOVERS WERE ON TIME, VERY CAREFUL WITH MOVING THE PIANO, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. MY PIANO TUNER RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. GAVE HELPFUL ADVISE AND THIS WAS A DIFFICULT JOB WITH A LOT OF QUESTIONABLE TURNS. THEY HANDLED IT WELL. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
