Description of Work: Service was good, but the mover asked for $15 over what they quoted because they had some steep stairs to go down. Seemed unprofessional to ask for it after the fact.

Description of Work: Hauled a large wurlitzer from my garage around to abd across rhe back yard. Yard is fairly uneven so not easy. About 75 ft. Up the deck stairs(10)then into the house. Tight fit but they recomend removing sliding door handles and that was the ticket. Moved a smaller organ out of the way and put the new one exactly were I wanted it. The the reversed the entire process for the smaller but still heavy organ back to the garage. All went very smoothly without a hitch.

Description of Work: The movers moved a small piano without scratching the newly refinished wood floors which was the goal. It was not a difficult job for them but would have been impossible for me to do it, even with help. The price for this small job is in line with what I expected given the time it takes to get to the house, move the piano and then get to their next appointment but it is not cheap to get any good piano movers.

They gave me a call the night before and gave a one-hour window. They called when they were on their way and arrived when they said they would.

Description of Work: We found a free piano on craigslist but didn't want to pay a fortune to move it as it's a learning piano for our young boys. We called around for estimates & Piano Movers Extraordinaire had the best price by over $50. The move was from Blaine to St. Paul. I scheduled the move about a week ahead of time. They were able to tell us the day ahead of time but called the night before to let us know the time. They also called both parties when they were en route the moving day. Each house had only 3 steps & the piano was in the front room. They had a ramp to roll the piano off of the truck on a dolly & up into the house. Our piano was alos missing the front panel & they gave us the name of a local piano tuner who may have a panel & could do tuning for us. It was very fast & easy. I would highly recommend them & use them in the future.

Movers were late due to some traffic, but called and explained. Moved a console piano from upstairs to downstairs. Did it quickly and professionally.
