It went excellent, The young man called and informed me when he was 30 minuets away. Arrived right on time, answered all my questions and actually invited me to watch as he ran a chimney camera the full length of the chimney. Great job and fair price.

Anton arrived on time and was very efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave me a clue to easier lighting of my pilot light. The fireplace looks like a new one. I am very pleased with the service and will ask for Anton next time my fireplace needs service.

We recently had Jack Pixley Sweeps come to perform full chimney and fireplace inspections of our three fireplaces and two chimneys. Their service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and personable right from the start. He performed a very detailed and thorough inspection of all three fireplaces using his closed circuit video system that showed the inside surfaces of the flue lining in very high resolution detail. We had an earlier "video" inspection from another chimney company and there was no comparison in the quality of the results and findings. He found a few open mortar joints near the top of both chimneys that he informed us can be fixed very affordably. He even cleaned one small area of one of our fireplaces on the spot after he discovered a buildup of creosote that had been neglected by the other company's technicians. He suggested reasonable and practical solutions to our chimney exterior issues that others had failed to mention, and which would have cost us a considerable amount of unnecessary expense. His professionalism, thoroughness and competence shown through in every aspect of his services. We are very satisfied with our customer experience with Jack Pixley Sweeps.

These guys did everything right. They made an effort to fit us in on very short notice, they arrived right when they said they would, their technician was great, and made the whole chimney cleaning experience a very positive thing. From the picture he showed us our chimney is clean as can be now. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody.

Excellent service and company! We have had Pixley sweep our chimney every year for many years. They are professional, punctual, and neat - no mess left behind! They use remote cameras to show the customer what the chimney looks like inside, so you can see that it has been swept clean. I would highly recommend them. We also had them install a metal liner in our chimney about 13-14 years ago, after the tiles inside cracked, and that job has held up in excellent fashion since it was done!

Called prior to arriving, arrived at the earliest point of the arrival window. Left the area clean and the fireplace looks like new again. Charged exactly what was quoted.

Anton was amazing! We have had several chimney sweeps but none as thorough as Anton did. He was here for two hours and recommended a few service's as we had some cracks in the crown of the fireplace and some moss growing on the brick. This was proven by the pictures he took.( I had also pointed out a small stain on the ceiling next to the fire place). I have already made an appointment to get those repairs done. Anton was very prompt, professional, and not at all pushy regarding extra services. Don't look anywhere else for chimney service as this company has it down pat!

They are very good. They found the problem, explained in detail what was needed and took pictures of the final job.

They were on time, did the work agreed but also noted a couple of extra bricks that needed repair and did that work also. They clearly care about the job they do and wanted to make sure my chimney was in excellent repair when they left. They cleaned up and left the area in great shape. Overall the new work looks great.

Very well, great and thorough report

Everything was fine, except the replacement pan they custom ordered and installed is bright silver, when the original piece (and all other metal pieces on my roof) are brown. Unfortunately, it is in a conspicuous spot and stands out like a sore thumb. I would hire them again, but I now know that I cannot make any assumptions about matching the quality/characteristics of the house.

Really good! He was very helpful and offered tips and knowledge about the use and safety of my particular fireplace. Friendly and professional! After inspection he said I didn't even need the cleaning but told me how many fires til I would. It was easy to schedule and he was on time.

Fine. A little expensive for simply setting the damper back in its channel ($149). Now that I have learned how to do it myself, I won't call them for that particular service again. Chalk it up to a $149 flue damper repair lesson. :-) However, the technician was very professional and polite. For more major repairs / chimney sweeping, I would definitely call them again.

Very happy with the service and company. They communicated clearly when service would be happening. I was given a 2 hour window which seemed reasonable. Dave was professional and seemed very experienced. Received a copy of pictures and measurements that were taken.
