SAVED ME $300 BY FIXING MY DAMPER INSTEAD OF HAVING TO BUY NEW ONE. I DONT THINK HE CHARGED ME EITHER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM. KURT WAS THE INSPECTOR. HE HAS VISITED TWICE AND DONE BOTH INSPECTIONS.

EXCELLENT CHIMNEY SWEEP COMPANY! PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, CLEAN (TOOK SHOES OFF, CONCERNED ABOUT RUG NEAR FIREPLACE, USED DROP CLOTHS TO SET FIREPLACE GRATE ON, ETC.), AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I THINK THEY MIGHT BE A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE BY WAY OF PRICE, BUT ITS WORTH IT BECAUSE I FEEL THEY ARE A QUALITY COMPANY.

I FULLY EXPECTED TO HAVE MY CHIMNEY CLEANED. I EVEN MOVED THE COFFEE TABLE AND CARPETS OUT OF THE WAY BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. AFTER A QUICK INSPECTION THEY TOLD ME THAT MY CHIMNEY DID NOT NEED CLEANING FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS. HE EVEN TOLD ME HOW TO INSPECT THE CHIMNEY MYSELF SO THAT I WILL KNOW WHEN I REALLY NEED A CLEANING. I FEEL THAT THIS PROVES THEIR HONESTY.
