Description of Work: Naturescape employee came to aerate and overseed my lawn. He damaged my fence and was told to call his employers number and they have people that take care of this. This is a lie. Was told that I should find someone to fix my fence and they would reimburse me for the charge. I feel I shouldn't be inconvenienced like this to now find someone when there is snow out to come fix my fence. So I paid for aeration, overseeding, and now I have the added bonus of a fence repair that I'm responsible for. Wouldn't recommend the service from these guys. No heads up of when they're coming, takes a few weeks, and then they send an irresponsible person over. How do I know they'll actually reimburse me to have my fence repaired. I recommend you just go with someone that is recommended from a friend or someone you can actually meet before you have a hassle like I have now.

Description of Work: We called to have Naturescape aerate our lawn. They were very busy early June and did not call back. We called again and set up a date and time. They can before that date and completed the work. We are pleased with the results.
