I have had Naturescape in the past with great results. This year has been a nightmare.They show up when they say they will and when they finally do my yard was burned. That was done by the Mgr. After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! We shall see if I receive a refund.

I used LCS at my previous home but when I moved I switched to Naturescape upon recommendation of neighbors. Prepaid for the year but it seemed they would never come out unless I called and asked for an update. Same story every time, COVID has hit them hard, short staffed, very sorry, etc. Their treatments are pretty effective but given how poorly spaced they are, the yard looked like crap for most the summer. Will be switching back to LCS next year.

Have Used their service for Several Years Now! I Have A Licensed Home Childcare Buisness, so this service is important to our Daily Outdoor Activities. Besides our Big Country Yard, and Gardens! Because of the Terrific Job They Do, we have been able to Enjoy our Spring and Summer Seasons.... From the Folks answering phones, and setting up the appointments, to answering questions, always are very helpful with information and kind...... Our Tech's over the years are very professional and good at what they do!!!! Friendly and Courteous! They have alot to do for us, and they do it well on our Big Country Acres.... I would recommend them Highly, as we have been very happy with their service for Mosquito Control..... Thank You NatureScape!

The first summer went well. They were timely and my lawn did well. Last summer (2018) I pre-paid 5 treatments. I had to call in the middle to end of June to see if they were coming to begin the first treatment (by this time any pre-emergent treatment was way past due and my lawn was a mess). I had to call them again for a second treatment and also asked for some consultation as my lawn was looking the worst it had ever looked. The representative who came out was not at all interested in listening to me and just kept saying "well you have that tree there..." and etc. and did not offer any suggestions for a quickly disappearing and weed infested back yard lawn. At the end of last season I had more dirt than grass in my back yard and asked them to come out again. They said they would but never did. When I spoke to people in their office they kept telling me that they were sorry but that they were short of staff and etc. I would never hire these people again and am now left with a dirt yard and wondering what to do.

They told me they were going to come during a certain week and I had to call them multiple times to find out when they were going to come which was weeks later. This was for the first application. For the last application, the same thing happened, but then it snowed. They said they would come as soon as possible but I had also scheduled a leaf removal and they never synched up with each other and kept trying to come when the other was supposed to come. Very disorganized. When they finally came, the ground was frozen and they couldn't get up all the leaves. I called to complain and sent pictures. They did give me $50.00 back on the leaf removal. I chose this company because they had the most "A" ratings but I won't go back to them.

Prepaid to have yard done. Took over a month for them to come so lawn never had a chance to breathe before snow fell by the time they came. I guess wouldn't have mattered much as the aeration holes were not more than a half to 3/4" deep - what a waste of money. I called post visit as they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - I guess that is false advertising. They said the person who did yard thought the thatch cut into how deep holes went. Must be strongest, thickest thatch on earth. And weird was 100% uniform hole depth in yard - doubt whole yard was thatch. Such a waste of money and now can't do again until next fall. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They obviously pass out big discounts to aerate and do a brutal job - guy was here for 20 minutes. What a joke.

The actual service was fine but they never moved my sub pump hose. It wasn't something that could be done before because it was running continuously! They of course punctured it. Never came and told me and when I called they sent someone out to look at it on their time frame and left a note in door that they had come. Never heard anything again. This was my first service and last. The cost of the hose was nothing in all reality but they did ruin my property and choose to not take care of it. Too many other companies that will take care of problems they cause on a clients property. Had they came to me in the first place I would if said no problem and thank them for telling me.

There were two workers. The work took about five minutes.They have the best pricing, and our lawn looks amazing. We like them so much, that all of our neighbors use them.

We have used them for almost 10 years and always been satisfied with the job they have done. They are neat and clean and always let us know ahead of when they are coming.

They have been our service for several years now, and after having some really awful ones, we are so happy with Naturescape. Plus they do granular, which I prefer! I highly recommend them!

I called naturescape to aerate my yard in the spring. We had a lot of rain, so all yard work for the season was delayed. I had hired them in the past to aerate and was satisfied with the job they did. Since that time, things have changed. It took a long time for them to come out, but I called early enough in the spring so I was ok with how long it took (a few weeks). One man came and aerated the front yard - it is small so it took him under 15 minutes. He went through the alley to the back and could not get the machine through the walkway. This wasn't a problem before - but he said he needed to lift it up an inch. I would have done it myself but I was dressed for work, and couldn't do it. He said to call the office and schedule a return - he said it was no problem, they would just "hit it at the end of the day when he had another person and they were in the neighborhood this week" I was ok with that. I called the office and spoke to Amy who was unbelievably rude. She said I wasn't in their system, and that they tell everyone before they come out that there had to be a certain width to the fence. Well, that is just a lie. No one told me anything like that, and my fence is wide enough. She could not have been more rude in raising her voice and protesting that they couldn't send someone again, that they would charge me the minimum for they work they did and that was that. I was not happy with this since the man said he could come back. So then she agreed, that they could do that. I thanked her and they never came. When I finally got my statement I called and left a message. No one ever called me back. The next month, I called again and left another message. No call back. Not finished. I paid the bill but I will never call them again.

The service did not go very well. We purchased the 5 treatment plan, including weed control, two years in a row. As a company they weren't very punctual, providing late treatments several times (including the initial spring application). From a customer service standpoint, they weren't able to predict actual service times due to workload, which was very frustrating. From a quality standpoint, we didn't see a significant improvement in our lawn condition, and still had multiple weed issues, including clover, ivy, and crabgrass (among others). Won't be going back to them again.

Naturescape has provided this service for our lawn the past 2 years. We have noticed considerable decrease in weeds and an overall improvement of the lawns appearance. We deal with the Plymouth branch, and they are very knowledgeable and have great prices and discounts if you pay early. They were much less than the other companies I contacted. They call the day before they come out, and all of the staff has been very pleasant to deal with. The workers do a thorough job, and leave a detailed description of the work they have done on your door.

Paid for service online on 9-10-12. Called 10 days later, and was told they were about a week and a half behind. Was told it would be soon. When I asked when, was told another person makes up the daily schedule, and she didn't know when. I called a week later, and was told I would be put on the ASAP list. I was going to call the nite I recieved an answering machine message they would be out in 2 days. They finally arrived and did the lawn aeration yesterday. It was an OK job, some areas were skipped (in between shrubs, and close to the fence lines where it was needed the most). Will not be using them again. I might not be a regular customer, but waiting a month for a paid service is terrible. Then they left a bill for amount of $89.00!! Go figure.

They did a good job aerating the lawn. I wish they would have swept the sidewalk after they were finished (big blobs of dirt left all over the sidewalk). I also wish they would have given me a date of service rather than just showing up so I could make sure the lawn was clean and ready for them.

The experience with them has been poor. Their price depends on the square footage of your yard. They did not return phone calls and they did not take care of the problems that I had. They said that they were going to do things and they didn't come and do it. The quality they gave me was pretty bad. They wouldn't even spray the whole yard. My sister-in-law was looking for somebody and I told her about them. She is home-based and could see what they were doing and they never sprayed her yard completely. They would only spray a spot here and a spot there. I had a bad experience with them and so I cancelled them. They weren't so bad last year but they were not so good this year. I even wrote a letter to their parent company in Milwaukee but I never got a response. It just tells me that they are pretty irresponsible.

We've had Naturescape treating out yard for 2 years now. When we purchaed our home the yard was in bad shape, so we figured having professionals come in and treat the yard for all the problems would be a good way to get it under control. Our yard still isn't looking very good and I don't know that they've really addressed the issues we've had. I did like that they weren't pushy about additional services, but when I have called to ask about what we could do differently I haven't gotten any helpful suggestions either. We were looking for a lower maintenance on our end, but I think it's just been an extra, unnecessary expense.

They fertilize my plants, shrubs, and grass. I have used them for years and they are fine.

I called for a special service call to spray my trees as I was having a lot of beatles this year and they had someone come out and spray that very day.

Service was performed while I was at work. They left a confirmation on my front door with the application / service performed that day. So far I have had 2 out of 5 of the lawn treatments. It would be nice to know a target date for the next application as I kept wondering if they had forgotten about my lawn.

They do a wonderful job. They had a good price, and we decided to have them do our entire lawn and yardwork for the whole year.

I had them come out and aerate out 1/4 acre lawn. It was done quickly, the price was what was quoted, and I have no complaints. Will be calling them again this fall again for the same thing.

This was the first time we had Naturescape Lawn & Landscape Care Company out. They left us a little sign telling us that they were here for the work. They left recommendations about what should be done next. I would use them again in the future.

Their prices are excellent! They are responsive. They do a far superior job to the other more expensive national lawn care chains.
