We are very happy with them. They are a great company and they do what they say they are going to do. If you have any questions or problems, they are more than happy to come back and work with you. They just tell me the day they are coming out and whether they are coming in the morning or afternoon and they are always there at the time of day they say they are going to be.

It was quite good overall. They were offering a special bundled price. You can always get in touch with a person when you call them.

They notify you once a year with the various services the offer. They are a green company, which I appreciate. They do a great job fertiziling the lawn. They're also very responsive to any questions I have. The above price is annually.

They left a note on my door saying that they over seeded it. I don’t think that they over seeded it last year and I will be giving them another chance because there certainly hasn’t been any over growth. They did a good job of the aeration and it was at a reasonable price.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

They have been very unresponsive for the past 3 years. They rarely show up when they say they will and if you call in to ask questions, the answer is always "You are scheduled for the next day or two"... which is almost never the case. This year it has been even worse, they called to give a 72 hrs warning about 3 weeks ago. Noone has every shown up (despite repeated calls). Last night I got the manager who pleaded for another chance and was going to call me back "in 5 minutes" after he found my account. He never called back either. This morning I called and cancelled my service and asked for a full refund since no services were yet rendered this year. I have a couple of coworkers who have similar experiences and have switched to other companies as well.

They're easy to work with. They came when they said they would. They call first to confirm when they're coming out. I've requested granular applications when possible and they've accommodated me when they can. Customer service is easy to talk to and work with. Any issues have been resolved. They charge less than some of the larger named companies around the city. Over all the service is very good and I'm very satisfied. I've already booked them for next year.

They do a great job with weeding. They are no dandelions in our lawn. It looks great. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer five treatments a year for $209 which is very effective. The price is great considering how well the treatments work.

We have found them to be the lowest cost lawn fertilizing service and they have done a good job. Our neighbors have also started using them. Pre-pay prior to Dec. 31st to get the discounted rate. We did have an area of our lawn that was turning brown due to bugs. I asked the employee spraying our lawn to analyze it for me and he determined it needed an extra chemical which he applied immediately. They seem to be pretty responsive to our lawn questions. Average to good service with a low cost. I'm not sure my lawn needs much more. We have used them for 3 years.

THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB AT A GREAT PRICE. THEY USE GRANULAR FERTILIZER AND LIQUID WEED CONTROL. UNLIKE OTHER WELL KNOWN PROVIDERS, I HAVE NEVER HAD A WEED. I HAVE HAD NATURESCAPE FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS. TWO PRIOR YEARS I HAD A MORE WELL KNOWN COMPANY, BUT I HAD LOTS OF DANDELIONS AND THEY WERE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE. I CALLED THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY NEVER GOT RID OF THE WEEDS. I RECOMMENDED NATURESCAPE TO MY NEIGHBOR AND SHE IS VERY HAPPY AS WELL. I DON'T SEE HOW ANYONE WOULD REGRET USING NATURESCAPE.

THIS WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE SIGNIFICANTLY LESS EXPENSIVE & DID A GOOD JOB. WHEN I HAD A QUESTION, THEY WERE VERY OPEN & OFFERED TO REAPPLY IF NEEDED.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A POOR ONE. IT HAS BEEN LIKE PULLING TEETH TRYING TO GET A SERVICE SCHEDULED IN MY TIME FRAME; NONE OF MY PHONE MESSAGES WERE RETURNED. MY ONLY EXPLANATION FOR THIS BEHAVIOR WOULD BE THAT NATURESCAPE HAS SO MANY CLIENTS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE PERSONALIZED SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AT THE CONVENIENCE OF NATURESCAPE'S SCHEDULE, NOT THE HOMEOWNERS. I HAVE FINALLY GIVEN UP ON NATURESCAPE & HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

REASONABLY GOOD JOB. THE MAIN CONCERNS WAS THAT SOMETIMES THEY WERE LATE. THEY HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I.E. THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL IN ANSWERING SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT LAWN CARE.

GRACIOUSLY SPLIT A TICKET FOR WORK WITH OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, OFFERING US BOTH A VERY NICE PRICE. SADLY, POOR WORK, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR FOLLOWUP, POORLY TRAINED FIELD WORKERS. EVENTUAL PARTIAL REFUND. BAD EXPERIENCE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND ARE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN COMPETITORS. THEY ARE ALSO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS. USUALLY THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, BUT MY LAST SERVICE CALL WENT UNANSWERED FOR A WEEK. A REPEAT CALL ON A FRIDAY GOT A PROMISE OF A RETURN CALL, WHICH DID NOT COME. MY CALL ON TUES. FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT. HOPEFULLY, THIS WAS JUST A VERY BUSY TIME, AS RECEPTIONIST SAID, IT WON'T BE REPEATED. PRICE BETTER THAN OTHERS WE'VE TRIED. GOT GOOD ADVICE IN CALL FROM TECHNICIAN AFTER HIS VISIT.
