Description of Work: They moved an upright piano from my sister's house in southwest Woodbury to my home in Oakdale. They were on time, courteous and did a great job moving the piano. They covered it entirely with moving blankets and secured it to the inside wall of the truck with several straps. |They also made sure placement in my living room did not cover vents/returns for the furnace. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I contacted Bester Brothers using their online contact form. In the message I included lots of details regarding the move, including date, locations, and contents. They never responded, which is why I rated Responsiveness a "D". I did find some information on their web site, so left the overall rating a "D". This company should not offer a Contact option on their web site if they are not able to reply to messages.

Description of Work: I called them for a quote on a long-distance piano move. He said they couldn't really meet our needs at a reasonable cost, but he gave me names of 2 other companies, along with their discount codes. Very cordial and helpful, more than he needed to be. Impressive!

Description of Work: Bester Brothers packed my furniture and stored in their warehouse for 5 months. They returned everything in good condition on April 19, 2013. At all times they were very careful and helpful.

Description of Work: when my mother went into the nursing home, I had her belongings stored at Bester Brothers climate controlled warehouse. Over time, I would have them take out a piece furniture or two or add a piece or two to this storage unit. It was always done promptly and items were in the same shape when they came out, as when they went into storage. In the case of my mother's belonging that was 4 years, as I did not empty the storage until she died. Over the years Bester Brothers has moved us from house to house. My mother for many years before us. So the family has used them for 40 plus years. Mother even remembered the "OLD MAN BESTER" coming along to supervise his crew. We've never even considered any other company because of our positive experiences with them. Now that my husband and I are older, we even have the company send a couple men to help us move furniture around in our house. Bester Brothers has been invaluable to our family for several generations.

Description of Work: FOUR GUYS AND A SEMI SHOWED UP ON TIME, WITH ALL OF THE SUPPLIES NEEDED TO MOVE A FIVE BEDROOM HOUSE. IT TOOK THEM NINE HOURS TO LOAD AND UNLOAD THE HOUSEHOLD. I NEVER SAW THEM TAKE A BREAK AS A GROUP, AND INDIVIDUALS ONLY TOOK TWO TEN MINUTE REST BREAKS EACH. NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS BROKEN, AND EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, NOT A SINGLE WALL, DOOR, OR FLOOR WAS DAMAGED IN MOVING OUT OR IN TO OUR NEW HOME. THESE GUYS ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY WE PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
