Randy and his crew did an awesome job. This was a big job and they had the right team, equipment and really knew what they were doing. Cleaned up everything really well, we're very respectful, and nice bunch of guys! I would highly recommend Pro Star Tree Care and looking forward to having them back this fall. My neighbor was using them yesterday so I walked over to talk with Randy. He said they could come back today for my job. Another neighbor behind us saw what great work Randy and team did and hired him. They had business at two other houses on my block. The neighborhood looks great!

Randy knocked on door and did bid on front tree. I checked with neighbors and was slow to get back to Randy but he called to follow up. We scheduled based on my schedule. He called morning of to give me a 20 minute warning before they arrived. We added the back trees at that point and he updated the estimate. The work was done and yard cleaned. They asked me to inspect work before they left.

This was a good experience. The owner walked the neighborhood in the morning checking for work, and initially I said no. Several hours later his team was removing a large spruce tree from a neighbor's yard - and I knew if they weren't doing a good job, they wouldn't be working there. I also watched how meticulous the guys were about cleaning up. So I asked for an estimate on my trees. The estimate was reasonable for the work, and the owner had several suggestions about what would have the best results. I was told they'd start right after lunch and they did. The crew was incredibly polite and one of them thanked ME for giving them work today. They had to remove and replace some bird feeders and yard ornaments. They were done within 45 minutes, the trees looked good, the cuts were done well and the yard looked like they'd otherwise not been there. Everything was removed and chipped. I never hire folks who come to the door to solicit, but I made an exception -- it was the right thing to do. They did great work and were wonderful with customer service. I'd absolutely hire them again, and got estimates for future tree removals.

Pro Star Tree Care was in the neighborhood and stopped to ask if I wanted an estimate. I had several moderate size projects that I had been anxious to complete so we did a walk through. The owner, Randy, returned about 20 minutes later and gave me a quote. That afternoon they returned and actually did more work for the same cost. Did an excellent job, used good judgement and had great advice. They were able to work around my schedule and were prompt and reliable. Both Gabriel and Randy, the owner, were ocurteous and personable.

A crew member knocked on my door and asked if I needed any tree work done. The owner came a few minutes later and gave me an estimate. I agreed. They got right to work and in two hours they were all done and gone. They didn't have a stump grinder big enough for my stump, so the cost did not include stump grinding.
