I was provided a free estimate of the work to be done. This was a well organized company. They came with the equipment and crew. Each crew member knew what to do. The work was done and on their way to the next job in a little less than an hour. Before payment I met with the owner and looked at the work which was excellent. There were no added costs or surprises. They removed a section of the chain link fence to access the back yard with a boon and also the stump grinder. Everything was neat and the fence replaced. Randy and his crew are fantastic! Randy arrived when expected, did a thorough evaluation of what was needed, and gave us a fair estimate that turned out to be the lowest. But their work exceeded anyone else's offer, from carefully taking down a large dying river birch, to grinding the stump, to clearing away everything when done, even down to the scattered wood chips in the yard & street. The work was done promptly, professionally, with no damage, and clean as a whistle when done. We will take down one other dying tree in the fall, and won't hesitate to use Pro Star Tree Care again, and highly recommend them to others.

Randy and his 5 man crew from Pro Star Tree Care did an excellent job in under three hours. The crew all performed their individual duties in removing all our very large 9 pine trees. When you look now, you would never guess the trees ever existed. The follow up cleanup was exceptional.

We watched this company do work on neighbors' properties, checked it out on Angie's List and then called to get an estimate. Someone came out the next day and gave us an estimate, which we found reasonable. We called to accept the estimate, and were happy to hear a crew would be out the next day to do the job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and thoroughly, cleaned up and completed the project in the time they estimated they would take. We would use Pro Star again.

One word: FANTASTIC. We had similar service 10 years ago. I don't remember with whom the service was but the owner was arrogant about being a certified arborist, not nice to work with and way, way, way more expensive. He and his crew did a good job but no better than Randy's crew for 1/2 the price and Randy was way nicer to work with.👈 😀 👍

Our experience with Pro Star Tree Care LLC was a good one. We were referred to Randy by a neighbor who was also having their trees trimmed. His bid was competitive, he came when he said he would and all work was completed quickly and as expected. I thought they did an especially nice job of cleaning up - I didn't have to pick up as much as a twig afterwards. We will plan to have Pro Star back when our trees need their next trimming.

Tree removal and chip placement were good. Heavy equipment left many holes in the lawn and driveway but tree company paid for repairs. I have used this company several times and always been happy with the results.

Randy was great to work with. He was available whenever I called him with a question. His crew did the job right away and Randy had some good advice regarding some trees that needed trimming. I thought the price was good considering they cut down one large tree and trimmed three others. They cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I would recommend Pro Star to anyone needing tree work done.

Working with Randy at Pro Star Tree Care is a wonderful experience. This is the second time we've hired Pro Star. The company is professional, reasonably and competitively priced and highly responsive. The work performed is high quality. They took care not to damage lawns, fences, etc. The fully cleaned up the area including the street. They leveled and restored the area where the tree had been. We are extremely satisfied with the quality, competent service Pro Star provides. I would hire them again (this is our second experience!) and will recommend them to my friends and acquaintances. Highly satisfied.

I called Randy, the owner of Pro Star, at 7:00 AM. He had a crew to my house within a couple of hours. By 11:00 they had removed the tree and ground out the stump.

Randy's crew was fast, professional and tidy. In less than an hour, the tree was gone and no trace remained. Randy is a gem and we are recommending this company to all our friends. The price was so reasonable I'm glad we didn't attempt the job on our own.

After trimming the majority of 1 tree, Randy asked me to take a look and see if the work was done to my satisfaction. He and his crew had done an excellent job having trimmed as many limbs as I had thought should be cut. Once he knew I was satisfied with their work, he and his crew proceeded with trimming the 2nd tree. When they were done, Randy asked if both trees looked good, and they both looked great. In addition, they didn't leave a twig behind them during cleanup. I give "Pro Star Tree Care" an excellent recommendation.

It was done very excellent and with a high degree of professionalism and a focus on customer service. We had a very large silver maple removed that very close to the house and deck. The guys took the tree down without a single branch touching the deck or the house. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the yard after the work was completed. The same was true when they returned at a later date to remove the tree stump. I would highly recommend Pro Star Tree Care for any tree job that you might have.

From initial phone call to final cleanup the quality was excellent. He explained the process on the initial visit, including how the tree could be taken out without damaging our neighbor’s trees. The whole process including tree take down, removal, grinding the large tree stump and clean up were completed in a little over 3 hours. We watched for most of the removal and the crew was working hard the entire time. The crew was very courteous and professional. We'd definitely use Pro Star Tree Service again!
