Description of Work: Water was backing up from my drain by my wash tubs. Called All Ways Drains, and they gave me an estimate which proved to be accurate. Service person (Eric) was on another call, so I was told it would be about 2 hours before he could be out. He called about 15 minutes before he came out to let me know he was on the way. It was almost exactly 2 hours as I was told. Eric had to clean both the drain and the main line. He was professional & courteous, and as fast as he could be under the circumstances. He had to haul two drain augers down to my basement, as his smaller one did not work on my clog. It's time & half for Saturdays, & with the Angie's coupon it ended costing $267. I would definitely use All Ways Drains again.
