I called on 6/8/21 and made an appointment for 6/10. Nathan, who took my phone call, also took my credit card # and said I would receive my receipt via email. That was fine with me. On 6/10 the technician was to arrive between 12-3 pm. I got a call at 2:25 that he would be late. It was 3:50 when he arrived. He cleared the drains, and as expected, he did not deal with any payment or paperwork. As of today, 8/9/21, I have not received any receipt. I have called 3 times, in June and July. I spoke to Nathan twice, and he referred me to the accounting department and even gave me a specific day to call. It was on 7/9 that I left a message for accounting, but no one has called back. My credit card was charged over a month ago. I find this part of the business sloppy and unprofessional. I probably wouldn't hire again.

I called and made an appointment. They called 15 minutes before the appointment window to say they would not be sending someone out because I was "on a list." I have used the company for years and been very happy. You can read my other reviews on this site. I have always been home for appointments, paid them as soon as the work was done, and recommended them to others. I had a misunderstanding about the scope of a job with the company more than a year ago that we resolved amicably and professionally. They completed the work and we agreed on a price, which I paid. Fast forward to this sudden cancellation of a booked appointment more than a year later. I am extremely disappointed at this customer service from a company have worked with with good experiences for so long.

This company was very professional from the call that I made to explain the problem, all the way through to the end of the repair. Two plumbers came out -- Ken and Darius -- they were very polite and went straight to work. They had all the tools and parts with them that they needed for the job; they worked hard and got the job done in less than two hours. The cost of the repair was less than I was expecting to pay, which rarely happens. I live in a condo building and All Ways Drains is the first place our management calls to handle plumbing problems. I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a plumber.

The quality of the work was good. However, the price was much more than I was quoted. I was told someone would come to the house to measure how much copper gas line would be needed. No one ever came to take measurements. The day the job was to be done, they plumbers showed up late, which would be understandable if we were scheduled for later in the day. However, we were the first job of the day. The plumbers did not even come with the copper gas line that was needed! Instead, they took measurements and went to the local hardwares store to buy the supplies needed. It took them an hour to get the gas line from the hardware store that is located less then 10 minuets from our house. The worst part of it, we were charged 1 hour/plumber (a total of 2 hours) of labor for their shopping trip!

They came out late on Saturday after the basement was cleared of water by excellent staff at ServiceMaster. They worked late into Saturday night to clear the main drain so that I could use my water. They came later that week to fix the running toilet. I was so grateful for how hard they worked, how efficient they were, the honest advice, and the reasonable price. They are always my first call whenever I have an issue, small or large. From a leaky pipe to this emergency. I was so lucky to have reliable professional plumber to call in this emergency without having to think about it.

Pat from All Ways Drains came by and took care of a clogged kitchen sink; he was very friendly, professional and accommodating, and he got the job done. Overall it was a great experience. Only a couple minor issues: He was a little late (about 15 minutes past the 2-hour service window) but I understand that this can't always be avoided. The other minor issue was that some time could have been saved had the full 75' length of the pipe snake been used the first run through; it initially was only run to 60' which did not clear the blockage, even though I had mentioned it was likely between 60 - 80' down the line based on past service for the same drain. Regardless, they got the job done and Pat had a great attitude even though it took a little longer than expected. I would hire Pat and the All Ways Drains team again for future service. Thanks!

We were told someone would come to our house to measure how much copper piping would be needed prior to instillation. No one came. The day of instillation, 2 plumbers showed up 20 minutes late, without the copper gas piping needed for the job. After taking measurements,they went to the local Menards to purchase the supplies needed. An hour later, they returned and the work began. Except for showing up late, without materials... the plumbers were professional and did quality work. We was shocked and angry when we received a bill that was about $300 more than I had been quoted. We had been charged an hour per plumber for their shopping trip. That's 2 hours of labor charges to buy materials that the plumbers should have brought with them to begin with! A few days later, my husband went to Menards. While he was there, he priced out the materials that were used for our job (listed on the invoice). All Ways Drains had charged us almost double what they paid for the copper piping. The quality of work preformed by All Ways Drains was good. Unfortunately, we were ripped off!! Their pricing is unethical.

Two guys called 20-minutes before they were to arrive and on the front half of the 2-hour window provided by the home office earlier that day. Both were very professional and polite. The work they were to perform, and again when finished, was reviewed and price was clearly noted at the beginning and end.

Matt was responsive, fast and efficient. He got in, got the job done, cleaned up and was out in a flash. Great service. I'd definitely recommend.

Had slow moving drains in the lower level our home, which escalated to completely clogged. We contacted the vendor on a Sunday afternoon and they were out first thing on Monday morning. On time, very professional and efficient. Cost estimate was on the mark (below the estimate even). Would definitely use them again.

The service technician arrived promptly. He was polite, professional, and went to work immediately. He cleaned the drain and recommended that it should receive periodic, preventive cleaning. This is the third time this drain has caused problems, because it takes drain water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher as well as the washing machine. Each time I have used All Ways Drains, and their service and professionalism has been excellent every time.

He spent quite a bit of time making sure the drain was clear to somewhere under the house. He diagnosed the problem as a bad fitting cap that someone in the past had installed. The putty they had used to make the cap fit had come loose and plugged the drain. We got prompt service for a Saturday, and a good price for a Saturday.

Good. Punctual. Responsive. Got the job done.

Eric arrived as scheduled. He analyzed the situation and was able to complete the work in 20 minutes. The company was very responsive to my call earlier that morning. It was great to have the drain clog resolved so quickly and efficiently!

This vendor was brought into the project at the last minute due to another vendor not meeting the schedule. The original request was simply to move a shower drain over approximately 3' in order to install a new larger shower stall in a previously existing lower level bathroom. The project became significantly more complex when the flooring was removed and it was determined that none of the drain lines in the bathroom had been installed according to code. In addition to the piping work that now needed to be completed - it was determined that because of the prior incorrect installation - the lines from the bath to the main line were totally filled with tree roots. During a meal break for the installers, a third crew member came in to clean out the line and confirm that the main was also clean all the way to the city line in the street. What should have been a small 2 hr project expanded into an 8+ hour job which Brian and crew stayed on until finished late that evening. This allowed the next step in the rehab to begin the following day as originally scheduled. When completed, all the drain and vent lines in the space as well as a portion of the line from the adjoining laundry room was replaced and reset in the proper position. The guys were pleasant to work with and kept on the job despite the much larger than expected scope and longer time frame. I will certainly call this team/company again for any future plumbing needs.

The provider went "above and beyond" in fixing our backed up mainline out of the house. He spent many hours, kept us informed, and exceeded expectations. Definitely a keeper.

They were late enough for me to be concerned they weren't coming, but only because it was fairly urgent as the basement drain was backing up. They did a great job though, and gave me a video tour of our main line, tips on how to prevent and maintain the drain, and even put up with my very barky dog.

Plumbing company provided a convenient two hour time window and the plumber came right at the beginning of the service window, after giving me a 20 minutes heads up. The service was quick and efficient and considerably cheaper than what was quoted by Roto Rooter. The next day, we noticed that the drain stopper in the tub wasn't working any more and informed them that it had been working before they came. The plumber came out within a day and fixed the issue, free of charge, within a day. Great guys to work with! Their good rating on Angie's List is well deserved.

Very responsive and professional, as always. They are my first call now for all my plumbing needs.

Called on Sunday night after finding a backed up floor drain in my basement and asked for a Monday morning service call. Came at 9:00 and very upfront about the cost ($200 is a GREAT price for the work done). Guy who came called around 8:00 to confirm and showed up about 15-min after 9:00. Very thorough and did a nice job cleaning up after the job was done. Would definitely use them again

The service man arrived and rather than put on shoe covers and without hesitating, walked right on through the main living room where we have white carpeting and left a couple mud spots. I will take some blame as I guess I should have taken the initiative and told him to either take off his shoes or put on covers, but, nevertheless he should have considered this as well. He did clean out both drain pipes however we just realized there may be some water leaking inside the walls just below the bathroom where the work was done. This was realized only because of the off chance I was in the foyer while my wife was taking a shower at the same time, otherwise, one would never have known any water was dripping which explains why we didnt notice right away. Not only that, when I mentioned this to my wife she replied that the service man did indeed come downstairs after his clean out of the pipe and verbally mentioned he was listening for leaks as he thought he might have breached or broken something. The lady who answered the phone when I called to politely mention this was extremely rude and implied that there could be all kinds of reasons for the leak and when I mentioned that when she talked to the technician to mention we had the white carpet and he tracked mud in to help him remember the project, she commented 'oh so now it's a carpet issue' implying I was a complainer when I was just mentioning this to help her tech remember the job. Apparently, this office person believes her company's feces do not emit any odors and any previous customer calling is just another complainer. She got very upset because I got upset at her juvenile comments when I was just trying to help and she indicated they won't do anything and hung up on me. I am very reasonable and understand company operations and how they are run and I do appreciate companys who take responsibility for their service and actions and this one does NOT. Very unfortunate as this is really the first bad experience I've had with Angies list and I've been a customer for over 10 years. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

The service person cleaned out the bathroom sink drain. When this inadvertently caused the shower drain to plug the next day, they were out within 24 hours and there was no additional charge. I hvae recoemmended them to friends and will use them again in the future. All Ways Drains is a pleasure to work with.
