They were really quick and professional. I did have a video inspection of the line done and they sent me a CD of the video. It took a long time for me to get that CD; about 2 weeks when I was hoping I would get it in 2 or 3 days. I spent $200. I will use this company in the future.

The problem was resolved when the day was done. [Personal note: my pipes were old and not easy to access. I think the new trap cover he supplied would normally have been adequate for pipes with no old residue; in my case, I later discovered that the trap he had worked on had a rough top opening due to fragments from the old metal trap lid, and was a somewhat odd diameter steel pipe. The trap cover could not seal tightly enough due to the rough top opening, and I later had issues with water leaking out of the trap lid when a bathtub of water was drained down the pipes. The larger water pressure draining during a bath (NOT a shower-which is why the issue did not appear until MANY months later) caused water to spill over top of trap to downstairs bathroom. I do not assume this is a typical aftermath of this company's service!! However, I did have to go back and do some pipe repair on my own for this second problem.]

The guy was fine. He was nice and on time. He just did a snaking, so there isn't too much I can say. It was actual plumbing.

He was very helpful and he answered our questions and advised us on some other work. We paid about $100 on that work.

I came home to a laundry drain not draining. Thinking it was a simple clogged drain, I tried the 'home remedy' approach and failed. I called a plumber, they came and told me it was the main line and that they didn't do that. They gave me a couple recommendation, I checked Angie's List and chose All Ways. I gave them a call and they were at my house in an hour. They cleaned out my main line and then put the cap back on. Turns out the cap leaked a bit, I called them the next day (a Saturday) and they came out within an hour to replace the cap...free of charge. The two plumbers that came out were both friendly and professional. This was an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend them!

This was not an emergency situation-they offered to come w/in 2 hours, but for my convenience I asked them to come the next day. They came and cleaned out the sewer line and we've had no problem since.

He arrived on time, was polite, and cleaned up after himself.

The first time he was out he let my neighbor and I split the service call fee, so it was only $30. He showed me how to fix it so I could do it myself if it happened again. Another time he fixed a clogged basement toilet because of lime-scale, charged me the service call. The next week he came out to fix lime-scale related to the same problem, but he charged me the service fee again. There were also others fees for him to complete the work.

A previous company tried to fix this problem. We called All Ways Drains, they came out and within 15 mins the clog was gone. Excellent service!

Excellent work. Chris was thorough, using an expandable blade to make certain he got everything out of the main line. He arrived an hour after the call was placed and left with a half hour to spare before my company began arriving for Thanksgiving. He checked and re-checked his work to assure the remainder of the day would go well.

My toilet had been occasionally slow to clear when flushed. Since I was preparing for a party over the weekend, I thought I should have it snaked before it became a problem. I called All Ways Drains and explained what I wanted. I didn't need the work done the same day, just sometime in the next three days. The woman setting up the appointment was friendly but professional, and assured me that they'd be able to come over the same day. I received a window of 3:00-5:00. At 3:05 Chris showed up at my door with the snake in hand. He was done in less than ten minutes, there was no mess to clean up, and he promptly filled out the invoice. Our chat afterward (about the goofy things plumbers must come across) must have lasted longer than the work. Chris was professional and friendly. He even apologized for the cost of $93 for such a simple job, but agreed that it's better to get it done early than to wait and have a mess and water damage. I'd recommend them without hesitation!

Justin was friendly, professional, did his job quickly, and charged me only half the normal cost of a service call because my neighbor also had work done by him. (She paid the other half) I paid only $30 more for the repair to both faucets! Technically it would have been $90 total if only I had called him out which still would have been way cheaper than the other plumbers I called (one of whom said the faucets could not be fixed and would have to be replaced at a cost of $369!). Justin even told me that I could repair them myself if it happened again in the future; that all I needed to do was buy graphite in a roll at a hardware store, then pack it in the faucet (after removing the turn handle and screw). He showed me how to do it.

The receptionist was friendly and set up an appointment for the same day I called (which was crucial - I was hosting a bridal shower the next afternoon!) The plumber called to let me know when he would be here, was on time, and did the work quickly and completely. We will definitely call them again if we have a drain problem. They were also cheaper than the other people I called and were the only ones who could guarantee that they could make it out the same day.

Very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Prompt service. First visit appeared to correct problem but it resurfaced within a couple days. Plumber returned promptly and snaked related drain at no additional charge. Problem appears to be solved.

THEY WERE A GODSEND! THE WATER WAS RISING FAST AND WAS THREATENING TO SUBMERGE THE NEW BOILER I'D JUST HAD INSTALLED. THE PREVIOUSLY SLOW DRAIN WAS NOW AT A COMPLETE STANDSTILL. AFTER BAILING FOR 3 HOURS STRAIGHT, I REALIZED AT MIDNIGHT I WAS GOING TO NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP. AFTER GETTING NO RESPONSE AT 3 OTHERS, I GOT A LIVE PERSON AT ALL WAYS DRAINS. THEY HAD ONE CREW IN COON RAPIDS & ANOTHER IN ROSEVILLE (WHICH WAS CLOSER TO ME) AND WOULD SEND THE NEXT AVAILABLE ONE. A FEW MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED TO SAY THE COON RAPIDS CREW WOULD BE THERE IN 45 MINUTES. MANY STREETS WERE CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING, SO I WASN'T EVEN SURE HE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET TO MY HOUSE. NOT ONLY DID HE MAKE IT, BUT HE MADE IT ON TIME. THE DRAIN WAS CLEARED AND THE WATER RECEDED WITHIN 20 MINUTES. CHRIS HAD BEEN WORKING ALMOST 18 HOURS STRAIGHT, BUT STILL HAD SUGGESTIONS FOR KEEPING THE DRAIN CLEAR IN THE FUTURE. EVEN AT THE AFTER-HOUR RATE, THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN SOME PLACES CHARGE REGULARLY.

1 PREVIOUS VISIT THEY WERE THE 3RD OR 4TH CO. WE CALLED. THE FIRST 3 WOULDN'T DO IT, ALL WAYS DRAINS DID IT WITHIN 10 MINUTES.
