Steve Connor was great! When we looked through the houses we would think that the house was great and nothing wrong with it but he would be able to see and pick out the flaws and almost all the things that needed to be worked on or replaced and what those would cost. That would change our opinion and make us really think is this house worth it. In the end, the house we picked out was amazing for the price we paid for it, just what we were looking for. Steve was extremely professional and marketed our home both quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to communicate with us and made himself available to us for any questions and concerns. He created marketing materials that showcased our home, and he held open houses for buyers and agents to help with visibility. Although we ultimately decided to keep our house, Steve was the best agent we have dealt with and we would recommend him to anyone. He has high standards and accountability, and he provides excellent and timely service.

Once we started thinking about selling out place and buying a home we went to a bunch of open houses and met different agents at each. Steve was the one we felt most comfortable with so we went with him and he put together a plan to sell our home. He paid to have a professional come in and take pictures and had another person stop by and review the furniture and décor to make sure everything looked as good as possible. We got multiple offers the first few days and we sold our house the first week. Steve was great to work with and offer advice since this was the first time we had sold a home. After we had our house sold Steve helped us find a new home. He was available whenever we need him to look at a house even though we only could look on night sand weekends. If he was already showing someone else a home he was able to find another agent to help us out. Once we found the home we wanted he met with us early the next morning to get an offer in. There was already an offer on the house but he was able to help us submit a strong offer to get the home. Steve was always available and always followed up with us. He was also very flexible and didn't mind that we had to a bring our year and a half old daughter to showings and to his office to sign paperwork. The whole home buying and selling process was very smooth and a lot of that was because of Steve. We would use him again down the road when it is time for a new home.

It was wonderful! He was very fun to work with. Responded quickly, provided buyer and seller tips. He listened to what we were looking for.

We were having a hard time finding a home we liked in our price range. Houses on the market were going so fast. Steve would reply to our emails within minutes and we almost always got a showing of a house within hours of asking. We would go to last minute showings of houses, ask so many questions, and send daily emails. Steve was knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful. We saw over 30 houses and it helped us stay positive and find our perfect house! Our first time writing an offer, he stayed worked with us until 10pm so we felt comfortable with our offer and really understood the process. Thank you Steve for your help! Steve did a great job as our real estate agent. He made it clear that we were a priority for him as he made time for us whenever we were available. He was clear and thorough when providing information and answering questions. He is knowledgeable and educated us throughout the process. It was obvious that he was interested in helping us find what we were looking for and not just making a quick sale. We ended up deciding to build a home, and Steve was with us at every meeting helping us keep the builder accountable. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.

Steve did a really great job as our real estate agent! We found him on Angie's List ourselves and from that moment he jumped right in and got to work. He is honest, attentive and takes pride in his work. He wants to do the best job for his clients and gives them honest advise along the way. Whenever we needed to get in touch, he answered right away and got us what we needed. Whether it was acting as a sounding board for our questions or come up with a update in our plan. All-in-all, Steve is a very genuine agent and we felt like he advocated on our behalf. Tremendous!

Steve is awesome! He is thorough and eager. He is honest, wise, professional, personable, and understanding. He really wants what is in our best interest. Steve updates us frequently, does research and sends back info, and makes it easy to ask questions I might otherwise feel silly asking. Call, text, and email, his response time is so fast, he is so dedicated! Steve gave us great suggestions for selling our home, supplied staging tips from a professional, and hired a professional photographer who took amazing pictures! (I am a wedding photographer and was nervous/skeptical but I was so very impressed with the results!) It is evident that Steve loves his job and the realty business! He was also great with the kids! We are so glad to have met and worked with Steve, will continue to hire him (we are working with him again in our search for land), highly recommend, and urge anyone to hire Steve for realty needs! it went well

We met Steve at an open house. He was very helpful and let us know that he would do whatever he could for us. We liked him and decided to have him help us with our home search. We have moved a few times in the past and every move has had a short timeline. We knew that we wanted to be in a house in about 30 days start to finish. Our list of homes to see was long. Steve setup all of the houses that we wanted to see in one day. We were able to see everything that we wanted, and made an offer that day. After an entire day of house hunting, Steve was still very helpful with getting the offer in. Things didn't work out with the first house, so we were back again looking at about as many houses as the time before. Steve put everything together for us once again on our schedule. (I was in another state, so schedule was a challenge, but Steve worked for us when we needed him.) We made another offer, and once again things didn't work out. We were back on the hunt. Steve was right there for us again, and the third time was the charm. Steve put in a lot of time preparing to show us homes, showing us homes, writing offers, sitting in on inspections, and taking numerous phone calls from us, all hours of the day and night. His communication and support were wonderful. His knowledge of the local areas was great. We couldn't be more grateful for all of the time he put in. He really went above and beyond for us. After we were all moved in, Steve called to see how things were going with the house, how the kids were doing in school, how the neighborhood was, etc. It's been nice to feel like we were not just a sale, and that he actually cares that we are happy with our purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

We initially found Steve through the Edina Realty website. He called us back the next morning (all the other realtors did not call us back until a week later). Steve answered his phone on 98% of our calls. If he did not answer, we received a phone call back form him within one hour. Any house that we wanted to see, Steve showed to us within two days (7-days a week, at any hour). Some houses we were able to see in hours. In all, my wife and I looked at 20+ houses in one month. Steve offered his professional opinion on every house, which helped us narrow our search. This is one aspect that we admired. My wife and I do not know a lot about houses (this is our first). Steve was always on our side. He looked at things that we did not (roof, foundation, mold, etc.). In addition, he offered his professional opinion on re-sale value. That information was vital to our buying. Overall, if it was not for Steve Connor, we would not have the beutiful home we have. We toured many houses. When we saw this one, we wanted it. Steve agreed and said that it was a great buy. He suggested inspectors for us and coordinated everything with the seller. In fact, Steve went back that night (9:00pm) and wrote up and a faxed an offer to the seller. In addition, he called and spoke with the seller. We found out that there was another offer on the house. The seller took ours (due to the fact that Steve wrote and faxed ours that night and that Steve spoke to him personally). I have no doubt that if Steve did not do that, that we would not have this house. We are in debt to the actions that Steve provided to us. He always said that he "would find the house for us." He did. We will definitely use Steve in the future and suggest anybody to do the same. I have worked with realtors in the past and have never experienced the dedication that Steve gave us.

We have sold three other homes in the past and worked with a number of reality professionals. Steve was above and beyond. He was excellent with his communications. Steve kept us updated and was always accessible when needed. He was professional and polished, and able to build a report with the people around him in order to get the best deal for you. He is an expert negotiator and that really stood out to me. He keeps his finger on the pulse of the market in order to stay up-to-date with all the information. He was able to sell our home within two weeks.
