Steve was a great help with everything! He suggested people and companies that helped us get the townhouse ready for sale. He had a professional photographer take photos of the place that turned out beautifully. We had 8 offers in 5 days with over 50 showings and an extremely busy 1.5 hour open house. We sold it for over asking price that day! And during all of this, he showed us several very nice perspective homes and helped tremendously with the purchase of a new build. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I needed a realtor who was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to walk us through the process and support us through each step. We were so happy that we chose Steve as our realtor! After meeting him at an open house early on in our search and having a great conversation, we decided to contract with him and we never regretted that decision! He provided us a lot of detail, helpful recommendations and explanations of the process and procedures—especially while we were writing our offer. He was always honest and objective when discussing the property and looking at comps to make the right offer. Once our offer was accepted, Steve was very responsive via email, calls, and texts. He took a week of vacation and STILL responded to our emails and calls, even though he had directed us to another colleague who was able to handle things while he was away. Steve gave 100% effort throughout the entire process—from our first showing to closing. On short notice he made time for all the walk throughs, submitting the offer, and inspection. He was as invested in the inspection as the inspector was! He pointed out things that we should be aware of before the inspector even brought it up. Steve was also very helpful in working with us to identify items that should be included our updated offer after the inspection was complete. One of the most helpful things Steve did for us that we were not expecting was how he managed our lender! He was on top of all the deadlines and made sure to remind us what was needed. He checked in with our lender well before all the due dates and managed that relationship as well. Overall, we were very impressed by Steve’s professionalism, credentials, and process management. We only wish we took longer to find a house so we could spend more time with Steve, he was THAT good! Highly recommend to anyone!!

Steve was awesome throughout the process. He sat us down and explained the process in detail. He was very supportive and non-pressuring into working with him or when it came down to making an offer on a house. When we made the first offer, Steve brought us to his office and explained to us what we were doing in detail. Again, there was no pressure from his end, it was all about our comfort level. Once an offer was received, Steve really went up to bat for us with a few items that came up in the contract. Steve is a genuinely nice person and was a pleasure to work with. As long as we live in an area that he is willing to buy and sell we will always work with him.

We met Steve on a walk-in to the Shakopee Edina Realty. He was very nice and was able to assist us right away. He told us how the process of buying a house works and answered all of our questions. He was able to recommend a FANTASTIC loan officer for our home loan (we did not have one secured yet). Once we were ready to look at houses, Steve made himself available at our earliest convenience. I would email him asking to see a house, and he would reply immediately! I think there was a point where we had him busy every evening for a week straight! When we wanted to put in an offer, Steve was able to go through the paperwork in detail and once again answer any questions I had. Overall, Steve was very honest, thorough and pleasant to work with. If we relocate again, he will be getting a call from us!

Steve was great to work with. As this was our first home buying experience he was very helpful explaining all the things we needed to look for and the process of buying a home. He was willing to drive all over the south west metro to look at houses with us. He was always available to answer questions and could usually get out with us to look at houses within a day of calling him. He never gave up helping us find a home, even after our first house offer fell through. We found another and he stayed on top of thing to make sure the next offer went smoothly and we closed in about 30 days. I would defiantly work with him again when I purchase or sell a property.

Steve prepared a very clear market study and pricing strategy to help us make the final decision to list our home. He was able to get good traffic for showings and open houses during the quiet season (winter). We received an offer on our home in less than 30 days. We were so pleased with the offer. We feel his pricing strategy was excellent. When our buyers had financing issues, Steve actually put them in contact with a loan officer that could get the job done. This came about due to his diligent communication as well as the many relationships he has in the industry with the right people. In the end, we sold our home for the price we wanted. We know that Steve worked very hard to make the deal happen. We highly recommend Steve to market and sell your home. He is the best.

Steve worked with us from the beginning to the end. He did have a vacation during this search and buying process, but Steve ensured a very qualified agent covered for him. He even touched base while on vacation to make sure our needs were being met. Steve had absolutely no problem going wherever we needed to go to see a property. He was on time and never made us feel pressured to speed up our visit or search - even though we knew he had more clients needing his time. In short, we felt we were Steve's only client, even though we knew better. He provided research on properties, dealt with any issues that popped up, gave his recommendations (we asked for them, based on his professional opinion) and paved a pathway that made this as smooth as could be expected.

Steve was easy to work with, prompt and professional. He hired a stager to give us advice on what needed to be done before the photo shoot, and how to present the property for showings. He also brought in a professional photographer, so the online listing looked very polished. Steve held open houses and his signage brought in the buyers. It was not an ideal time of year to sell a house (Oct-Nov) so we were very pleased when we had an offer in under 1 month. There was some negotiating necessary but the final price was almost 95% of our asking price. The buyers did not need to sell their existing house first and wanted to close before the end of the year. From the time we hired Steve until the final closing was only 10 weeks, which worked out well for us. I would recommend Steve Connor to my friends.

Steve found our perfect home when we started our search to buy our new home. He got us the best price on the deal and made sure that we had everything we wanted written into the purchase agreement. He came to the home inspection, final walk-through, and he even went on one last walk through to make sure the improvements were made as discovered and requested on our walk-through. He made sure the seller made all promised improvements, even communicating with them on issues up to closing. He provided advice when needed and was readily available by email or phone. Steve worked with us through a fast paced series of tours to find the right house within a short time frame. Because our availability was so limited, he would schedule 8-10 home tours whenever we could manage and spend the day with us until we found the right fit. Steve Connor was great! When we looked through the houses we would think that the house was great and nothing wrong with it but he would be able to see and pick out the flaws and almost all the things that needed to be worked on or replaced and what those would cost. That would change our opinion and make us really think is this house worth it. In the end, the house we picked out was amazing for the price we paid for it, just what we were looking for.
