Description of Work: The service technician that ran the gas line and installed our new furnace did a poor job resulting in water all over our new floor, equipment and materials. This required two additional visits from the owner and his son to correct the mistakes.

Description of Work: Installed a new Lennox furnace & air conditioner and an April Aire whole house humidifier along with a new thermostat to control all on October 9th. They came back today for a follow-up tune-up on everything. The entire staff was courteous and answered questions as needed. The install went quickly even though it entailed pulling out old equipment first and they left things cleaner than they were in the first place. We used Ron's because they have serviced our equipment in the past which they did not install and knew if we had issues with these replacements it would be taken care of quickly and with professionalism.

Description of Work: Fall inspection for furnace, they arrived quickly, gave some pointers and helped me fill out my forms for a rebate, which I was not even expecting. Very happy and will use again.

Description of Work: We purchased a gas stove, We were going to have Ron's Mechanicals connect up the gas line to the stove. First Tech connected the gas line to the back of the stove and pushed it in and it was about 6 inches back from the wall. He did not put a service loop on the back and he kinked the pipe. Next guy came in and new about adding a service loop. Before he left I asked if he wanted to go to the basement to check for leaks he said he didn't need to. We came home later and the house was filled with Gas, he had also kinked the pipe but below the floor. The third guy got it all fixed. I contacted Management at Ron's sent a picture of the kinked pipes and said that I should only have to pay for the materials and they should cover labor. He told me he would not change the price but was willing to remove the piping and not charge me. I was stuck and just had to pay it. Yes this was about 4 yrs ago, but I will never use them again.
