We hired Ron's Mechanical to install a new A.C. and condenser on our new home. The previous owner's had worked with Ron's Mechanical for years and had installed a new furnace with them just before we purchased the home. Their team's prices were straightforward and fair, they made sure to come out to our home and ensured we were getting the right product for our needs, and after the installation, they followed up to ensure everything was to our liking and functioning properly. Hiring Ron's Mechanical was a great decision, and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Had Rons Mechanical come out to clean and tune up my gas fireplace since it hadn’t been done since moving in four years ago. Also had a switch that was no longer working. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful with setting up the appointment, they called 15 minutes prior to arriving, and did an awesome job. Fireplace looks brand new again and switch works. Very reasonable for price as well after looking into a few different companies to go with. Will definitely use them again in the future for our fireplace needs and anything else!

The price was comparable to other places we found. The service was good. If I didn't have the plan with the other company I would still use them. They are easy for scheduling. They were on time. The job got done sooner than I thought it would. I didn't have to call to many companies. It was easy to get through with them for them to come out.

Everything went great, they even spent extra time answering all my questions and helped make me a more knowledgeable homeowner.

my opinion was experience was terrible. Everyone makes mistakes but its how you handle the issue when they occur. My opinion it displays good customer service. I asked them to get the facts and they said its unethical to contact another contractor even when that other contractor wanted to explain it to them. The small repair now cost me 975.00+ 320.00 originally.

I have had good experience with this company. The person who answers the phone is always helpful. Greg came out and tuned the furnace and taught me about the air cleaner I had. He answered all of my questions with patience. He was always willing to help out and showed me how to clean the air cleaner. Good experience.

The technician from Ron's Mechanical did a great job. He arrived at the middle of the four-hour appointment window. He inspected the AC system and provided some tips on things I could do to extend the life of my AC unit such as placing moth balls in the external unit to keep mice away and covering just the top of the external unit during the winter. He added R32 to the system as well. I thought the price for the R32 was a bit high, at $50 per pound. The technician was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use Ron's again in the future.

Have been using Ron's Mechanical for a few years. They do come across as caring about the service and not inflating repair / tuneups. Above all I appreciate their professionalism. Their prices seem to be in the mid-range on service calls. In the past year I've come to appreciate the pleated air filters that they sell, which stand up incredibly well and are priced under $5/filter.

I've used Ron's Mechanical in the past and have been pleased with their service. My water heater was leaking this morning so I called them. I was not told there would be a charge or what the amount would be (although I know they charge to come out). I called at 7:15am and the technician was here around 11:15am. After about 2 minutes of work he informed me that the water heater would need replacing and that they could do it. After calling his office though he told me that they can't replace water heater's in my city (Carver) and that would be $85. I called Ron's because I figured I might need a new water heater and they could do the work, not just to have them work for 2 minutes. After paying the charge I called their office to try and get a partial credit ($35?). I spoke with Scott, and after understanding I was a long-time customer, that I wasn't told there was an $85 trip charge, and that I felt it was misleading to not disclose they can't do the replacement, he still told me that there would be no credit. He said that if he did it for me he would have to do it for a lot of people. He said if I did business with them based on price he didn't want me as a customer anyway. When I explained that I would be leaving a truthful and factual review based on my experience he wasn't happy. I explained that as long as I was truthful that it was well within my rights to do that. I had many good experiences with Ron's Mechanical and I have heard good things about the company from others. Maybe this was just a bad day but I do intend on taking my business elsewhere from here on.

They were really good. I would say that they're timely and professional.

We called Monday morning and were able to get an appointment for later that day. They were in and out in about 20 minutes. They replaced a part in the air conditioner. They have been out twice before to work on the furnace. They have always on time, friendly and completed the fix quickly. Each time we thought the fix was going to be very expensive, but they have always been reasonable.

They installed our furnace probably four years ago. They do service for my furnace and two of my sons’ furnaces. They are very good. They know what they are doing. We can trust them. They do good work. The last time they had a special for the furnace service.

Gregg was here before the time window of 12:30-3:30. He was unable to clean one fireplace due to its installation, but checked it for us. He repaired and cleaned the other fireplace. He refastened the door to the fireplace which stopped the cold air from rushing into the room. He also checked the vent for the furnace which had frozen. He tipped up the vent so it should not refreeze, and suggested we get it regaled during our a/c check this spring. Gregg had me print out a coupon from their website which saved me and additional $10.00_x000D_|

Very prompt in providing an estimate. Then once selected they were ready to install with a few days. Excellent work, product offered and competitive.

Two installers arrived at our house on time and ready to work. Both were professional and answered questions (some stupid) that I had, all in a friendly manner. The furnace install took about 4 hours as I was going from a 22 year old furnace to a new HE furnace, which required them to run a two pipe direct venting system. They made sure to ask questions prior to the install (do you use this laundry chute, etc) so that the placement of the pipes didn't obstruct anything already in place and being used. They also had to modify some of the ductwork, and made other modifications to simplify access to the furnace and the line in from the central air unit. How do I know this? Because they took the time to explain what they were doing, and to ask questions. Very much appreciated, and I learned something. Insofar as the jobsite, they laid down tarps all the way to the mechanical room, removed the old furnace and A/C unit, cleaned up the scrap from the sheet metal and PVC work, and left the mechanical as clean if not cleaner that it was. I would highly recommend Ron's. I can't comment on the price because the install was part of the package we purchased from Centerpoint Energy, but the fact that Centerpoint uses Ron's as a contractor to install furnaces and a/c's they sell should also say something.

Ron's did excellent work. They were punctual and worked steadily to complete the job in less than one work day. The work site was completely cleaned up after the job was completed.

It was a good experience. The person that came to speak with us initially was very informative. He gave his cell phone and helped guide us throughout the process. They have a really good customer service. They are also coming next week to inspect my air conditioning before I turn it on.

I spent a lot for it. They have got this process where we can feel the ventilation system from the inside. They make sure that the heating and air-conditioning system is basically efficient. It's really good stuff. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

The work was done several years ago but overall, the experience was good. The technicians were competent, efficient, and on time. They were also competitively-priced.

We worked with Ron's Mechanical when we had a home in Jordan. Greg, one of their longtime technicians, is extremely prompt, professional and skilled. He completed the service and even agreed to fix the leaky relief valve on the in-floor heater, so we did not have to hire someone separately for that work.

I took three estimates, all three were professional and very informative. I decided on Ron's mechanical based on price and furnace mfr. Installation was done in a couple of hours at the designated time, the work looks good and they cleaned up after themselves. Followup from an electrician and an inspector occurred the following week.
