Project; Aug. 11, 2011, Replacement of asphalt shingles: We had a series of ice dams last winter, so it was essential to have our roof replaced before the on-coming winter. We selected a heavier shingle (Owen-Corning Woodcrest) and needed a reliable and competent contractor with good reviews to do the job. Out of five contractors that submitted estimates, Troy was the only one that measured up and inspected the roof. Surprisingly the quote was fair so it was an easy choice to select Central Exteriors to do the project. Troy and his crew operated with conscientiousness and assurance while giving regards to their professionalism.

Twelve years ago I had a hail damaged roof replaced. There were a number of items I was not happy with. When Troy came, I had a check list (how he would handle vents, chimney flashing, water seal, etc). Before his presentation, he went up on the roof and thoroughly checked and measured it. During his presentation he addressed all of my concerns plus a couple that I was not aware of. He was very organized and up front without gimmicks such as one who offered a $1200 gift card to sign today or $500 to sign within a week. He said it would take one day. The job was done with full satisfaction and done in one day.

Immediate response, excellent work and took the time to come back in the eventing to finish up a painting need. Would use again.

TROY THE OWNER DID THE JOB WITHIN 2 WKS. OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT. THE CREW DID AN AWESOME JOB AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. THE NEIGHBOR BEHIND ME LIKED THE AWESOME JOB THAT THEY DID ! I TOLD TROY ABOUT IT AFTER I PAID HIM AND HE WENT OVER THERE . I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY THAT NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR ROOF DONE. HE ALSO DID MY FASCIA ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE HOUSE.

I was a little nervous about having my roof done. The contractor(Troy) met me and showed me everything on the roof that needed to be done. He gave me a competitive estimate and all his references showed that he stays on site to make sure the job is done correctly. (I could not believe that the other competitors did not even go on the roof.) Anyway, Troys crew showed up at 8 AM SHARP and took the old roof off and had the new roof on before 1pm. I actually watched much of the work being done and it was very PROFESSIONAL. Troy met me afterward to finish paperwork including full Warrantee. I highly reccomend Troy Ryan at Central Exteriors.

Most definitely! Troy had the best bid and seemed to be the most straight forward during the bidding process. The job was done in a day as stated and even the city inspector said �Whoever installed this roof did a great job.�

Troy was very professional and great to work with. Troy was always honest and upfront. It was important to me to hire someone who would be at the job the entire time, and Troy did not disappoint. The crew worked hard through a light afternoon rain to complete the job in one day. Eveyone did an incredible job. I could not be more pleased! Troys roofing crew was a treat to watch. Until I saw them in action, I never considered roofers to be skilled labor. These people made it look easy. The started at 8am and were gone by 3:30. Including clean up. Troy was there nearly all day working and seeing that everything was perfect. He helped me with my claim to Certainteed on my old shingles, then followed up after the inspector was there to assure sign off. I could have paid more and gotten less.

Troy was great to work with, he was always on the job and professional. He was the only contactor that discovered specific problems with the roof that needed to be addressed and came up with innovative ways to fix them. He didn't try to sell us on any unnecessary work and his bid was great. He even helped us with the information we needed to file a claim with the shingle manufacturer since the previous shingles installed were defective. We would definitely consider hiring him for any future projects.
