We are extremely happy with our roof replacement by Central Exteriors! Fair price and great work! While other companies wanted to replace all of our roof boards, Troy saved us money by only replacing the rotten boards. He explained the procedure and materials to us and happily answered our many questions. He provided great communication throughout the process and was easy to contact. A week after getting the estimate, our roof was installed, and all in one day. Troy came out with his crew for most of the day and even fixed an unanticipated repair in our attic roof. He also went the extra mile to take down our satellite dish and to fix some siding that was coming loose near the roof line. Troy and his crew were friendly and respectful. We had no worries about taking the dogs into the yard afterwards, as they did a terrific job of cleaning up the nails and other debris. We look forward to using Central Exteriors for our next project!

We recently had our 21 year old roof replaced by Troy and his crew. The install went very smoothly, all done in one day. Troy was on site for most of the day and came back after the job was completed to make sure everything was done to his and our satisfaction. The installers were efficient and hard working. Great job of cleaning up after completion and the roof looks great!! Troy cares about what he is doing and has excellent communication before, during and after the job! I highly recommend using his company for your roofing needs!

Troy proactively found that there had been water damage to our exterior siding that likely penetrated the siding layer to insulation. Troy prepared a very fair bid and completed the project on tine and under budget. The repair job was excellent and I would recommend Troy's work to anyone who needs original or repair work on their siding. He's highly personable and wonderful to work with.

I had some sections of siding replaced due to rot and damp. Troy gave me a fair assessment of the work. As always with these jobs you find a bit more damage once you strip back the siding, that was no problem to address. Troy clearly knows his trade well and repairs were done well and quickly. I found him very easy to work with and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

We recently had our 20-year roof replaced with architectural shingles and all new gutters by Central Exteriors Inc, owned by Troy Ryan. Troy is a man of integrity and very conscientious. He provided a competitive bid and listened to our concerns. Of all the contractors we interviewed, he was the only one who brought shingle samples and spent time considering the best color choice for our home. One issue we struggled with was choice of gutter covers. Troy facilitated a no-charge trial of the cover he recommended (Foxguard). Hard rain shortly after the section was installed convinced us of Foxguardâ s quality performance. Troyâ s extraordinary roofing crew completed shingle removal and installation of our large roof in one day including clean-up, with zero damage to our landscaping. Troy was on-site majority of the day. T&T Disposal (thanks, Josh!) handled the dumpster drop-off and pick-up, going the extra mile to retrieve the dumpster on a Saturday. Ben and Rick removed/installed 300 feet of gutters in one day doing a terrific job. We highly recommend Troy and his team!

I had some rotted siding on my chimney and the damage was worse than what we had expected. I had rotted sheeting as well. Troy, the owner of Central Exteriors and his partner Mike, did a timely and great repair on my chimney. The look and color of the new siding matched perfectly after painting. I felt the job was completed at a reasonable price as well. I would definitely hire Central Exteriors again!

Communication could have been better.

Troy was very knowledgeable and friendly - a great guy to work with. In addition to the requested repairs he gave me some advice on some siding issues that we're having and even left behind some materials that I could use for some quick repairs! He explained everything that he did, what we should do next, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Excellent experience!

Called Troy on a Saturday and after agreeing on a price he showed up Monday morning to do the work. I really appreciate his prompt service. The work done was on my roof so I can only examine from the ground but looks great and so far no leaks. If you are looking for prompt service and a fair price Troy is your man.

Great customer service. Amazing attention to detail. We bought a house that had some deferred maintenance and we hired troy to fix rotten siding around the fireplace and the roofline, install new gutters, and do other ad hoc fixes. Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with our interest in mind. Plus, Troy is a great guy. Would certainly hire again.
