They arrived in the morning tore off a roof replaced it by mid afternoon it was all finished cleaned up you'd never know they were there. The roofing company we used (Central Exteriors) where very friendly and polite. They even where able to do the roof one week earlier than planned, which turned out for the better. Troy contacted me literally within minutes of posting my roofing needs online. He came out to the house when he said he would, recommended a quality shingle product and didn't try to oversell me. He quoted me a very reasonable price. He and his crew arrived on the appointed day, on time and worked in a speedy, professional manner. The crew found some rotted decking and rather than shingle over it as some contractors might do, his crew removed and replaced the rotted section at a slight additional cost. With the exception of the time spent away from the jobsite getting some additional material for his crew, Troy was present during the entire project, which I really appreciated. He and his crew did an outstanding job. The crew was careful, conscientious and did a thorough cleanup of the site when they were done roofing. Troy and his crew did a wonderful job on our whole roof replacement. They had the old roof tore off and the new one sheathed and installed very fast. And the quality of the work was second to none in our opinion. We had to have the whole roof resheathed and their price stayed below other quotes we had. Troy was prompt and showed up when scheduled. Was able to get this project done within a few days of the quote. Project area was cleaned up and looked like no work had been done. I would recommend Troy for future work.

Troy's bid was fair and clear. He was very timely in getting information to us, and has been SO good to deal with even after the work was done. We have been a bit nervous as newer homeowners who've never been in emergency repair situation before, and Troy has been patient and helpful with all of our questions.

Central exteriors did a high quality job. They arrive when they said they would and finished the roof in one day. The roof looked absolutely great and the clean up was impressive. The owner Troy Ryan stayed at the site all day and made sure everything was done correctly and there was no problems, he even replaced a small roof board that had been damaged by bees. Bottom line................ I could not be happier with the quality of work and dealing with Troy.
