Very responsive and accommodating to an emergency situation of no water due to pipes freezing and the pump burning out. With livestock and pets, we are dependent upon having a source of water for them. Matt came out within a couple of hours of calling him and was able to complete the job in less than a day. He replaced the water pump and corroding pipes of our well. He worked well with the electrician who did the electrical aspect of getting the pump to work. Very professional, did quality work, and was hard working in the bitter cold. Am grateful to have found River's Edge through HomeAdvisor. Would highly recommend.

Matt called me immediately and came out same day with all the right equipment to make the repair. Very knowledgeable and replaced my pressure tank quickly. Pricing is fair, not your cheapest contractor, but better than the larger companies. I will use River's Edge again.

Matt called me 5 minutes after he heard from Home Advisor. He pushed another job back and came to my home within the hour. We had no water as the pump died last night. He did an awesome job and worked very hard to get it done for us. I could not be happier. Will recommend him to all of my friends. Simply FANTASTIC!!!!

Called back right away and came out the next day. Did not expect such fast service. Very willing to expand what was going on with our system. Gave him the go ahead for drilling a new well and in 2 days time he had the crew out here and had it done in ONE day! Very professional and very willing to explain every question. Very happy and would highly recommend this company.

I received a call right away. Matt was able to come out the very next day and fixed our well problem the same day he inspected it. He gave us options and we did not feel pressured to start with the most expensive option of digging a whole new well. Awesome. We will have him out to do more work for us in the future

They were the very best quality work and WONDERFUL people

Matt called me back within 5 minutes after contacting Home Advisor. He said he could be out that afternoon to check out why my pressure switch on my water pump was going off and on and my water running intermittently. Matt called when on his way which was when he said he would be. I told Matt the well pump and pressure tank set up was 39 years old. Being a widow never checked that stuff until something wasn'the working right. He checked pressure switch and tank and said yes both were pretty old. Matt wanted to check pump in the well itself. He was very careful around the well as their were trees around it and was concerned about not wanting to harm the bushes around it. Told him it was okay. After being in the ground for 39 years the pipe and pipe put up a good fight but Matt finally got it all out. Sure enough it was on it's last leg. He disconnected everything and let the water run. It was like mini old faithful in my yard. When the water came out clean he cleaned all the wires the outside pipe of all buildup that was on them. He was doing this all while in the rain on top of it. He replaced the inner pipe, pump, and taped all the wires back in place. He also replaced the pressure tank in basement which was filled with water which is not supposed to be. He replaced pressure tank and switch. Needless to say pressure tank was quite heavy but Matt refused to leave it. He dragged it upstairs and outside with the rain coming down and emptied it out. He turned water back on and stayed to make sure the water was running clear in all places. Throughout all of the what with fighting with the rain he was very considerate of my cats and doget. Asking if it was okay that a cat or the dog got out. He was so reasonable in his price I could hardly believe it. Matt also informed me what to do for future maintenance so my new pump and tanks can last another 39 years rather than keeping quiet and having to replace all in 10 to 12 years. I would most definitely hire him for any plumbing or well issues I would ever need in the future. Very courteous and just a very nice young family man. Was glad to have met him.

Very nice person to work with, he explained what he was doing and why. The work was very good I would recommend them for any well or plumbing project.

Mat is friendly, flexible and really knows his stuff as a well expert and master plumber. As far as cost goes, I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because we did not get any other quotes, and let's face it, this work is expensive to begin with, so I cannot comment on whether or not the cost read completive. It was a little tough to iron out a day/time to schedule the well pump repair​ but once we got that figured out, Mat was flexible and came out in a Sunday. All in all, I would highly recommend Mat and Rivers Edge.
