Rivers Edge Plumbing and Well Service

We had Matt come out in September to help us with our messed up well situation. We had been advised we'd need an all new well at a cost of 20k+. Matt took a look, figured out the issue and created a custom solution that WORKS for a tiny fraction of the cost of a new well. We've got better pressure than we've had in over 20 years living here, and when I had Culligan out later, to test water, everything was working so well they didn't even try to sell me anything as there was nothing to improve upon. We lucked out finding Matt, and I only found him because of others reviews, so thank you for taking the time to leave them. Matt is a rare treasure in the well business, willing to do the harder jobs that require extra thinking and effort, without any complaint and while doing his best to keep the prices low.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Was recommended this company and guy by another reputable plumber in the area. Was out of country for work and family with 3 little kids were home when water quit working. Called him next morning and the pump was fixed same day. I was blown away by his communication (phone and text) and commitment to an emergency I was facing. He had other customers and knew how to plan out the work load. I would 100% recommend this company and guy himself. Cannot put a price on quality work. Hats off to a honest person.

I called Matt a few weeks ago about a problem with our well pump. Having no experience with a well, he explained everything. We were to call back and schedule an appointment. Then, wow, woke up this morning to running pump and no water. I called Matt. He set aside time to look at it right away. Water was pumping and we are happy!! His workmanship, skill, promptness and very fair pricing, (no upselling!!) ...amazing. I have dealt with many service folks, he by far is A-1 and very highly recommended!!

I have been in the same home with well water for 40 years. Compared to all the various service contractors I have hired over the years Mat is among the very best. I really appreciated that he took the time to clean and flush the well. A lot of iron flushed out, he kept going until the well was totally cleared out. I have noticed that the water tastes and smells better, and it seems I am using less softener salt. My pump replacement and well cleaning was done by Mat at Rvers Edge in august 2019. And at a good, fair price....Yes, we are happy customers!

It's stressful enough to have break downs in the home. Then add needing to call for help. I, like most people, are afraid of being taken advantage of and/or having the repair done incorrectly. I have never needed to call for a plumber/well service, I have always done my own repairs. Replacing my well pump was beyond my abilities and I needed help...hello anxiety and stress. I looked at many companies web sights and read numerous reviews. River's Edge stood out with an abundance of positive feed back. I called Matt, he diagnosed my problem over the phone in less than a minute. He was up front about the potential costs and what to expect. Matt was at my home an hour later and his suspicion was correct...total pump replacement. Matt was extremely informative, I couldn't have been happier with the job he did, there were no surprises at the end, and he was all around just a nice guy. I now have a new plumber that I would not hesitate to call in the future or recommend to others.

since i know nothing about well pumps, etc., he had some educating to do, but was very professional about it and was thorough in the work he did. unexpected and expensive repair, but I feel like he was fair and explained all the charges.

We were out of water as our well pump failed. After contacting Home Advisor, we had a call back within minutes on a Friday afternoon. Matt arrived first thing Saturday morning prepared and knew exactly what to do. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He will definitely be our first call for any plumbing or well needs from now on!

We called and found out his grandfather put in the well, came out that night withing an hour, then came out the next morning and did it. Even went above and beyond and completed another unrelated task without charging anything more.

Matt was friendly,efficient,more than competent and informative. Definitely would hire him and refer him to others.
