We offer wood and wood clad lines from Marvin (we are an "Authorized Replacement Contractor" for Marvin) and Weather Shield. Our fiberglass windows come from Marvin and Comfort Line. Our vinyl windows are from ProVia. Our steel and fiberglass entry doors are from ProVia and our storm windows are from Mon-Ray. We also sell and install glass block windows. Could not have gone better!
Description of Work: Doors on our new-to-us home built in 1968 had never been replaced. A light push opened them all even when locked. New doors/storms (3) from Window Outfitters are beautiful, strong and exactly what the home needed. And exactly what we wanted. The dogs really enjoy 'watching TV' through the new glass storm door on the front!

Description of Work: I contracted with WO from a recommendation from my realtor, for new storm windows. I bought a house with those old removable storms and screens, which were in terrible shape. But my internal windows are fine. Window Outfitters were responsive professional, and never tried to upsell me to full windows. That is rare. David was courteous and responsive and his installer completed the job in one day! My only complaint is that there was a mix up on the solution for two (of 14) windows, which remain unfinished today, 3 business days later. The usually responsive rep, Dave, has yet to phone me about this. Surprising. I'd recommend them.

Our storm window supplier short shipped us frame expanders for two of the windows. They were sent to us via Fed Ex and our installer picked them up immediately upon arrival and installed them the following Monday. We are sorry for the mix up which caused our delay in installing the last two storm windows, but we feel our responsiveness was as good as it could be considering that we had to wait for the short shipped parts to arrive. Bob Davis and Jon Sahli were very helpful from start to finish, from choosing the windows best suited for our office to checking in with us to make sure everything was going well as the job was being done. The workers were very pleasant and professional. The job was done in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the workplace. I will refer anyone I know looking for new windows to Window Outfitters.
Description of Work: Removal of present windows (23 total) and installation of new windows, repaired any surface rot, stained all window trim after installation. Also replaced an entry door.

It went very well. They were timely. The workmanship was great. Bob (the owner) is wonderful. He explained things to us and gave us a quote based on what we actually needed, not just the cheapest he could do. The guys who came in cleaned up when they were done. They were friendly. Bob came back when it was all done to check up. It was great.
Description of Work: Replaced 13 seemingly original windows with new wood Pella windows. Put insulation in the gaps. Wrapped the outside of our windows. Did a small amount of carpentry work on window frames. Some of the windows were VERY large.

I was told that he would check his schedule and call me back. He never called. I wonder if it's because he considered my job too small. If that's the case, the courteous thing to do would have simply been to say so.

Bob Davis came out promptly when contacted. His installers were the best (Kevin, Rodney, & Darren). They only took 4 days to replace 30 windows. They were very punctual, clean, and a pleasure to deal with.. it was a great experience, and I would recommend them to any one.
