Northland Coating was very responsive both on quoting and on doing the work. The task took 4 days with about 2 hours per day on site. The crew was friendly and completed the job just as I had requested. The result exceeded my expectations. The floor is absolutely beautiful.

Northland originally installed the garage floor coating in mid October of 2012 and it looked and performed great, but over time the floor topcoat yellowed dramatically where it was exposed to sunlight. This summer I asked Justin to look at it and he agreed it did not look the way it should, so they came back, ground off the epoxy finish and reapplied the flooring system - this time with a different topcoat (the first one was a quick drying one he used due to low outdoor temperatures). This rework was done at no additional cost to me and it looks even better than the original application. Justin was very prompt and professional and I would highly recommend Northland.

Everything went very smoothly. Joe showed up promptly to give us an estimate. When we decided to use their service, they were there on the day they scheduled. The floor was completely finished in four days, and it looks fantastic. While they were there, Justin and his crew suggested that we have the blocks at the base of our sheetrocked walls be painted and sealed as well. We hadn't even thought about that. They said they could do that for $150.00 additional (above the original $1,500.00 bid). We agreed to it, and we're glad we did (and that they suggested it). It looks so much better to have the blocks done as well.

They were on time, keep us in the loop throughout the project and did a quality.

The service went very well. They were here on time and were quick with their work. They did a good job. They were quite friendly and got everything done that I asked for. The epoxy coated the vertical part of my steps too.

Great experience with Justin. Did a nice job on the garage floor -- we negotiated a deal if he did both my house and my neighbors. Love the floor...awesome color and texture, not slippery at all. I recently had a few small bubbles in it....Justin was very responsive and is coming out next week to fix it.

The crew was very punctual and professional. Power ground the floor to remove glaze and discolored areas. Fill low and damaged areas with a clear expoy. Day two, applied tan coat and accent clips. Day three, covered the floor with a clear coat. Could put items on the floor in 4 hours and vehicles the next day. Decided to wait longer before doing either. Very friendly crew and cleaned up the work place very well. Justin was very informative and responsive to any request. The floor looks great and I would highly recommend this company.

It was absolutely fabulous. They're responsive, they execute flawlessly. I had a little problem with like a dollar bill sized piece that peeled off and Northland Coating came right out and fixed it.

Epoxy coated my garage floor in 2006. Floor looked beautiful. Having a few issues with bubbling in a few spots and company representative, Joe Miller, has agreed to correct the problem areas. Joe was very courteous on the phone and I'm very pleased with the customer service I have received from Joe in trying to resolve the issues. Will update the review when issue is resolved.
