Joe Miller gave us a fit and explained the process. Justin set up the service dates. The crew was prompt, clean and courteous. The result is a garage to be proud of and worth showing off.

The guys did a great job and my garage floor looks fantastic! It took three days to complete the project (3 car garage), and each day everything was picked-up and they took the time to set-up panels to keep the leaves out of the garage while it dried. They also made sure to get us scheduled yet this fall which was appreciated. Overall, they did a great job and made it an easy process. The garage floor looks great, and i would highly recommend them!

Contact by phone, had a return call back within a week to have someone come out for an estimate and to schedule the work. Garage floor was ground down, primed, epoxied and then sealed. All work done within the exact timelines given. Any questions that I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Love the way the floor looks and how it turned out. Will have to see how it does through a MN winter. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Northland Coating uses a 3 day process to apply a primer, then epoxy with decorative flakes and then a final clear finish coat. After they finished, my wife said, "Oh my, that is too nice to drive on". It gave a teriffic look. They ran the epoxy up the cement block walls surrounding the garage floor and that really gave it sealed and finished look. We put in a new concrete driveway and garage floor by - Creative Concrete We epoxied the garage floor by - Northland Coating and We had a retaining wall installed by - Abrahamson Nurseries I highly recommend all three of these businesses.

Justin and his team from Northland Coatings did an outstanding job and we were happy with his service, the quality of the product, the price for the job and the final look of the floor. Our garage floor was crumbling in places and we opted to replace it with epoxy floor coating. Joe and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional. Provided us with written information as to what each day's work was to entail. Work was completed on time and they cleaned up remaining debris on their final day. As we had water damage on one side of the garage, they offered to cover the bottom row of the cement block wall with the epoxy coating (no additional cost). Our garage floor looks GREAT and is almost too nice to park our cars on it. I had also checked with the Better Business Bureau before contacting them; they have an A+ rating with BBB.

Prompt, professional, courteous, and skillful. This company was a joy to work with, and the results are stunning! ! ! My friends and neighbors tease me about how much I love my new garage floor. They were also kind and caring. My dad lives with me ... and when they arrived one morning to find his walker at the end of the drive and no one answered the door, they called me at work, very concerned, to let me know. They even wanted to go into the house to see if he was okay. Dad had taken Metro Mobility to see Mom at the nursing home and had left his walker where he was picked up. Restored my faith in humanity!

We planned the project out a few weeks in advance.. It gave me time to remove everything from the garage before they planned to start work. The work started exactly as planned, down to the exact time! The first day they diamond ground the floor and applied a first coat. There was zero dust from what I could tell, and nothing impacted my home. The second day, they applied the top coats/sealers/clear coat. The finished floor is simply beautiful. I started moving things back into the garage today after waiting a few days for the top coat to dry (per instructions). The garage floor looks absolutely perfect, There was no clean up needed on my end, no surprises, no unexpected add-in costs - they did what they said they were going to do! All communication was pleasant and professional. A++

The project took 5 days, as scheduled, and the crew and company did an excellent job preparing the surface, applying the base coat, primer and final coat. The finished product looks like "a work of art," as two of my neighbors said. I couldn't be happier and several others have expressed an interest in having their garage floors finished by this same company. GREAT project and GREAT company!!

Justin was able to meet us at home to give us an estimate within a week of calling him in April to set up an appointment. He was on time (actually a little early which was fine) and explained the process and showed pictures of how it would all work. He was willing to work with us to get the job done early in May, in time for a graduation party in June. He kept in touch between the time we chose Northland until the job started to let us know when he'd be ready to start, and so that we were prepared and had emptied the garage before he came. He arrived on time, and the work progressed as he described, with just one day delay in the middle of the week due to rain. The job was done within a week as promised and the end product is very nice. The numerous cracks and pits in the floor are gone and the floor looks perfect.

The entire process was excellent. Justin was very responsive, always answered calls or voicemails promptly, and did the entire project quickly and efficiently. The whole project took three days, but they were only at our house for a total of about 4-5 hours. The results are excellent. They even helped us move some of our heavy garage items. Would definitely use them again.

Northland Coating earned our outstanding service provider award for 2013. They delivered on all the expectations they set and created a really attractive garage floor. The sandblasting phase was dirty, so be sure to have any cracks into the house closed well, but the product really turns an old floor into something brand new.

They came in and did the job and I am very happy. They are very professional and quick. They kept me informed with everything they were doing and everything turned out perfect.
