It was good they did the job efficiently and when scheduled.

The first time I used Jet-Black they did a very good job. They edged very well and the seal coat lasted almost two years. The second time the edging was not done as well an the seal coating showed through in less that a year. I am using another company this time.

On time, efficient, excellent workmanship, and cleaned up nicely!

This company is the absolute best at what they do!

It went pretty well. When requested they did come back and reseal a crack. The seal on the crack was better than the first time but could be better still.

Good, no issues, the product does not last so it needs to be re-done again this year, I would have liked it to last two years and am not hard onit.

They came out and patched the main cracks. I was worried that water would get into the smaller cracks and freeze this winter, so I asked them to come out and fix those as well. They came out and finished the job. They were very respectful and prompt. I would hire them again.

Jetblack sealcoated my driveway and they did an excellent job. I was very please with their work.

I compared service from Jet-Black and another local competitor, and chose Jet-Black because their estimate was competitive and they gave me a couple references that I looked at to get a sense of their attention to detail. I went ahead with the services mentioned above. 3 people came to work on my driveway, and Dan, the person who I spoke with, explained what they would do, ensured my questions were answered, and I was impressed that he offered to come back to the front door to let me know when they were done so I could have a look before they left. Overall, this service was what I expected and with good customer service, but I had to have them back a second time because the cracks and joints were deep in a few places and the rubber filler had sunk. The crew mentioned this to me the first time they were out, and the second person came out shortly after I called back and at no cost. I only wish there was a way the first crew out could have addressed this so there wasn't a second interruption to being able to drive on the driveway. The driveway looks great now, and I would use their services again in the future.

They did a good job. They were on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. They are competitively priced. They were very accomidating with the scheduling as well.

I liked their customer service. This was supposed to be scheduled back in May but due to the weather it was hard to get out and do it. They didn’t leave me hanging. They always called me and checked my status with them. I didn’t like what they did because they did miss spots. I did call them. They came out the next day and redid the whole driveway. They didn’t have to do it as they had to just do a few spots. Their price was good.

I contacted Jet-Black for an estimate to have my driveway cracks filled, and the driveway sealcoated. I was told I would have an estimate hanging on my door within 24-72 hours. No estimate was on my door within the 24-72 hours. About five days later, I received a letter in the mail from Dan Bolton at Jet-Black. The letter was a proposal to have my driveway replaced entirely, for a cost of around $1900. This is not the service I contacted Jet-Black to have the estimate provided for. The letter did not explain why the estimate was for a service I did not request, anything even acknowledging the service I did request, or why the estimate was not received in the quoted time frame. I followed up by emailing Dan about these issues, and received a letter apologizing "for the confusion or lack of contact," and stating that the condition of my driveway is beyond the scope of his sealcoating services. I again emailed Dan, and stated that although my driveway is not in like-new condition, I did not have any false illusions of his services being able to return it to that state, and simply wanted it filled and sealcoated to help keep it looking decent until we had our garage and driveway replaced in a couple of years. Dan did not respond to this email, and I have not heard from him since.

The 2 men came to my house to do the job and they were fast, efficient, and very courteous.

We have been very pleased with how nice our driveway looks after being sealcoated and edged. The staff is very professional and easy to work with.

I called for an estimate for me and a neighbor - they gave me one within a few days with a discount for doing 2 driveways - Angela (on the phone) explained everything to my satisfaction. We arranged for a time and Chad came with his crew and did a thorough and complete job. After they were done, I noticed that one area could have used more hot rubber to fill up a crack. Since the sealcoating was 'wet' he offered to come back within a few days to take care of it. I was skeptical, but they did come back within 2 days and took care of the small area. I will be observing the durability of the sealcoating over the next 2 years, but I would heartily recommend them for their quality and professionalism.

They did a very nice job and this is the second time we have used them and they were on time.

They did a pretty good job. They gave me a $40 credit because they slopped some on my newly painted garage door and house. They said if there was any problem getting it out to let them know. I used a little primer and got it right out. They were very friendly and quick. It was just that little mess that they kind of left, but they made it right. They were responsive and got right back to me. I was very pleased with the way they handled it. It was the head guy that handled the problem and he said he would make it right.
