Jet-Black Sealcoating & Repair

Hi we had Jet Black of Savage do our driveway on June 27 th this year! They were amazing! Drive way looks great! I do daycare and the two men did great! My kiddos were waving to them out the window and they made the kiddos feel great and were waving back at them! Great customer service! Love these two men! Thanks Jet Black!!!

He did a good job. Experience was really good. Price was a little expensive. It was higher than anticipated. We had quotes for less but he did a pretty decent job. He actually forgot that he was going to come out and do our driveway, he owned up to it and told us, the fact that he owned up to it is why we went with him. He is pretty professional.

It went really well. Love the edging around the driveway. A bit heavy handed in the black caulking by the garage concrete and end of driveway. It bubbles up on hot days. Could that be because it's too thick? I don't know...just speculation. Overall I WILL hire them again.

Job went very well, It consisted of removing my old 55 foot driveway including heavy tree roots that had pushed up the asphalt.. They arrived on time, were efficient, friendly, helpful and did a great job!

Went well. I have a 55foot driveway. They filled larger cracks and sealed the driveway and neatly edged/trimmed the lawn along the side. I have used for years, every couple of years.

I thought this company did a great job. The bid for the Job was done when the company told me it would be. The driveway was sealed but I noticed that the coating did not completely fill the smaller cracks. I called and mentioned this and they sent someone out look at my driveway. Jet Black came back out and refilled the cracks for me re-coated my driveway. I am very pleased with how it looks.

Did a great job, completed everything as requested

In the fall of 2013, I had a couple of companies quote sealing my driveway. Due to the late fall date (too cold for the sealer to properly cure), Jet Black suggested that they crack fill in the fall then come back in the late spring to do the full seal coat. This showed me Jet Black was concerned about the longevity of their finished product, rather than just making a quick buck. As it turned out, I waited until the summer to have any work done. The day of my appointment, it was raining, but Jet Black called me immediately in the morning and rescheduled for two days later. The quality of the job was fantastic. I've had other companies seal the driveway, but none of them paid attention to the interface between the driveway and the garage apron. Jet-Black filled it in with sealer, nicely protecting the top edge of the driveway. Also, the crack sealer was accurately applied to all of my driveway's cracks - other companies just dumped the crack sealer out and didn't really make sure it fully sealed the cracks. The driveway was finished beautifully, and they did a good enough job to impress two of my neighbors, who used Jet Black a few weeks later.

It worked out very well. They were very thorough on sealing cracks that we asked them to fill and gaps in the tarring. They did a very nice job. It is a much higher quality so we paid a little more.

They had to come back a second time to do it. It was not a satisfactory job, it didn't look very good. It certainly didn't meet expectations. Then they came back a second time, they redid it. It has a better seal coating at that time. It wasn't a very good experience, I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

It was satisfactory. I thought it was kind of high. It was good quality.

They did the service and did a good job.

We had good service from them. The majority of the neighbors on our street use Jet-Black. We have tried other ones but it didn't last this long. We have used Jet-Black before and then we strayed and went to a few others, and decided that Jet-Black was the one we preferred.

The franchise was owned by the son of a neighbor. They did nice work, and we would go back to them again.

They were neat, and they cleaned everything up. It looked great when they were done.

We had it done, and it was fine. They did the job, they showed up on time, they were reasonable, nice and clean, and there was no trouble. We haven't had any issues since.

They just pay attention to detail a little bit better than some other companies. Our experience was positive.

Jet-Black sealcoated our driveway last summer and this summer I noticed the coating was gone on a section of the driveway. I called them to ask about the one year guarantee and expressed my concerns. They were very responsive - sent someone out to look at it and he agreed it needed to be re-done. They called soon after to schedule and came out and completely re-did the whole driveway. I only paid for some additional cracks to be sealed and edging. I gave them a B for quality since I will wait to see how it holds up over the next winter.

It was good. We actually had a problem where it fell in and they came back and filled it. They corrected it and they were just really good about it. I'd go back with them again without a problem. They give you a price and they come on time. They're very professional. They do a good job. They're in and out. I've used them two times now and I've really liked it.
