They do the job fine and they are scheduled to come back. They come on time and do the work on time and it seems to last. They're dependable and it was just fine. There's no problem and it's normal for a service group. I've been using them for 10 years and they're competitive. I have problems getting back to me but that was okay. Once scheduled, they'll always be there.

It went well. After the sealcoating there were quite a few small cracks due to rain and they came back and fixed them for free.

The crew showed up at the date and time promised. Filled the few cracks in the driveway with a sealant. Applied the coating neatly and quickly. The coating lasted 3 years (harsh Minnesota winters!) before needing a re-coating. They promised 2-4 years. Good value for the price paid. I recommend Jet-Black and would use them again. Work was performed at my then Shakopee, MN home.

I have used them many times and never again. It is not the product used years past and very poor job on hot tar seam fix.

The first time I used Jet-Black they did a very good job. They edged very well and the seal coat lasted almost two years. The second time the edging was not done as well an the seal coating showed through in less that a year. I am using another company this time.

This company is the absolute best at what they do!
