Dennis made himself avaiable to repair our AC the same day, despite it being one of the hottest days in MN history. He was extemely friendly, timely and made great recommendations.

Gopher Heating called within 10 minutes of submitting a Service Magic request and scheduled a same day service call. The repairman was prompt, professional and courteous. He quicky diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and called the owner out to discuss replacement options. When the unit I ordered wasn't in stock, Gopher provided an upgrade free of charge. The installation crew was out two days later and installed the new unit without a hitch. Gopher was accomodating and professional throughout the entire process! My questions were promptly answered by knowledgeable professionals, and I will never call another heating and cooling contractor!

Gopher was a great company, they came out tried to fix the problem was not able to do it that day, but ended up coming back and fixing it. I would highly recommend this company they are reasonable priced and the do a good job.

Dennis, Came out on a Sunday to fix my central a/c. I had another company come out and they said I would have to replace the whole unit, but Dennis found out the problem and was able to have my central a/c unit working in time. Dennis did a GREAT job!!

Our air conditioner broke down on the day we had family visiting from out of town. Gopher Hearing offered very quick service, even thought it was on a Sunday. The prices were fair for an emergency call out on a Sunday, and the work was very good. I would highly recommend Gopher Heating and Sheet Metal for any HVAC/air conditioning needs.

It took two trips to get the A/C completely fixed, but they were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recomend them to someone.

The service tech was prompt, efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a high quality of workmanship and cleaned up all work areas when finished. The company�s prices were just okay. The service tech however, was amenable to take on several additional emergent minor jobs. I would more than likely use their services again should I need additional work done.

First call was an AC tune up (also try to find a possible leak) and coolant recharge. Didn't solve problem, so the second trip out is looking at other options (possible AC replacement). Dennis has been great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because these kinds of trips are rather expensive, but that's going to be anyone in the HVAC business (esp. with a more complex problem like I have going on).
