We have used Gopher Heating & Air Conditioning since we bought our home almost seven years ago. Very professional and will continue to use them as they provide quality service and awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC or furnace work. Every time we get the same technician and he is absolutely personable and very reliable. Helps that he knows his stuff as well.

A/c stopped blowing cold air at 8pm by 11am the next day Gopher had my a/c working again.

My furnace quit working during a cold snap in January and the temp in my town home got down 38 degrees. The gas company had no technician available for a few days because I'm not a service plus customer. So I contacted Gopher Heating and their technician came out the next day and fixed the problem in less than 1/2 an hour. I will call them first if I have problems in the future.

I mentioned that I had an appointment that I couldn't reschedule and Dennis was very accommodating knowing this. Responded much earlier than expected. Dennis called and let me know who would be coming. Pat arrived, identified the problem and repaired it. He was quick and efficient. He even stopped a very noisy vibration in the furnace that other repair services had ignored. My ears thank him!

This co was awesome! I have family coming to town and was in a pinch to get work completed. Their crew came in, installed a new Ac, Furnace and Water Heater in a day. I was here observing all day. As a handy man I must say they did excellent work. I am very happy!

Dennis was extremely helpful, arranging a diagnostic appointment (to fix a temperature sensor issue) with my tenants within a few hours. My tenants found him and his team to be very helpful and courteous.

They were fabulous, on time, personable, and got the job done in an unbelievable amount of time. They just came off as very straight forward and honest. Couldn't have done better!

The service was great. The tech was professional and took his time to diagnose the problem. He added refrigerant and he charged me 1/2 the cost of the last tech when they added it a couple of years ago.

Right on time. Did a great job explaining what was wrong. Was also able to fix an additional problem I had that various other companies could never get right.

On time (actually early after confirming that it worked for me). Very courteous. Did some extra checks to fill the half hour minimum after completing service early.

Would highly recommend to others. They provided the best price (significant - $500+) zof the three other companies reviewed, as well as fixed other items, such as the humidifier. Gopher heating was the only one that had the most up to date facts about about the high efficiency requirement, which tells me that they understand their industry and are focused on the customer by delivering facts.
