Barry did a tune up on our furnace and A/C. He was very nice, courteous and is someone I would trust to do more work. I will make a point to call them again next time.

Talked to many dealers and repair companies. Gopher was the only one willing (capable?) of doing a repair rather than a complete replacement of an 8-year-old system. They estimated $450 (as compared to approximately $2000+ replacement prices from other dealers). When they came out, they found fewer problems than expected. Did the job for $150 !!! Nice to find a good, honest company that is willing to do the right thing!!!!! Highly recommend Dennis and Barry!!!!!!!! Thanks!

i called to set things up, my cousin was at the house while i was at work, it took about 30 mins and charged at least $60 less then other repair men quoted. thanks.

the person that came to repair furnace was great, very nice and informative. BUT,,, I was charged a 30.00 delivery fee,,,,, nothing was delivered, I wasnt made aware of this charge when we spoke on the phone, so because of the hidden charge, I will not use them again.

Gopher was on time and very Accommodating! I was pleased with the speed of service and relatively low price. It seemed everyone else wanted to get a whole new system or offer very costly services, but Gopher was able to locate a few simple broken parts an replace them saving us thousands!

I felt he was honest and straight-forward in his suggestions and evaluation of the system. The fee he charged seemed reasonable in comparison with other contractors in the area.

It was so easy and they responded within 30 mins of my request. It was after 8 PM, a really hot night and they called and stopped by in less than an hour, fixed our AC that same night and the price was great. They were professional, courteous and explained everything. This is amazing service and far beyond what I had expected. I will use Gopher again for any needs I have for heating and cooling.
